El Mango Loko reviews
8Honestly don’t waste your time. The girl i front counter doesn’t know what she’s doing. I politely started asking her questions. She was just staring at me. I waited for a response and she just staring at me after like 3 minutes she finally says “ I don’t speak English” she could’ve saved both us time by telling me right away. I went ahead and still ordered. She made 2 drinks and a cup of fruit. Let him sit in the back table for like 5 mns. I watched her walk around the whole kitchen looking around. Then randomly goes “oh! ” When she saw my drinks just sitting there and she starts giving them to me… like she legit just let them sit there. By the time she gave them to me they were melted. Overall I will not come back. The drinks weren’t good at all.
Honestly, I don't even know what to say about this place.this place is honestly LOUD with supposed
to be “Mexican” music but no. The music was rap in Spanish with somewhat inappropriate stuff on screen.there were little kids in this place (probably 3,4,5,6-year-olds) and I wouldn’t even allow my kids to watch the images on the screen. I probably now have trauma from seeing some inappropriate images. They took forever for “corn in a cup” and one mango whatever. Everyone else got their food except us.this place is a JOKE LMAO.when they served me my mango whatever, the presentation was sort of beautiful but the guy gave it to me all melted and dripping on the floor. It spilled in my car and my hands were covered in mango residue on my hands. They had no cover to take my “corn in a cup” to-go. To be honest for you new people coming here, just be aware that YOU ARE GOING TO WAIT FOR ABOUT 1 hour-30 min and some drippy watery corn in a cup.just letting y’all workers know that I’m NEVER COMING BACK. I recommend you guys getting more staff because just 2 people working here is unbelievable. Oh and when you are here with your kids, don’t let them watch the music videos on the screen.
Good authentic food, clean space, have 6 tables for customer to site in, staff is friendly and courteous, mangonada was a bit frozen (may be not fresh) the store is located right on the road. Rest room was clean. Ample parking space like 6-10 cars can easily be parked. They have almost everything here for snacks. Prices are reasonable. They could open the TV screens to make it more welcoming. Temperature in the dinning area was a bit hot.
The staff is friendly but, I ordered some nachos and the tostadas were expired and had a bad taste
Great aqua frescas! It's a really refreshing summer drink. Love the different flavors. My favorite is the mango, but the cucumber, watermelon, pineapple, and melon are all super tasty. They all come with added sugar, but you ask for it to be removed for a lighter drink. The corn in a cup is also really good. Our kid really enjoyed the natural shaved ice too!
Good service. Limited seating but i think most people just make to go orders. Limited parking in probably the only downside.
This place is good but don’t go if the younger girl is there. She’s an idiot. Every time I go in there and she is there my order is always messed up. Today I went and got flutas and asked for the toppings on the side so my food does not get soggy. She literally bagged each item individually and not ON THE SIDE. I also asked for queso to dip my flutas and did not get that with my order at all. She can’t speak any English, and can’t follow basic instructions.
The food is actually good and the drinks.
The only thing I notice the long wait can take up 30-50 minutes. The should definitely get more staff for the long waits get shorter.
We went at 7: 45pm. The sign at the door was flashing "OPEN", and maps saying it closes at 9pm, and the lazy workers who were just standing around talking to each other told us they're "closed". Like why does everything say you're open? Why is the front door open then, you being here tells me you're open or you would've been atleast been packing to go home yourself.not impressed with their service at all.
