Food is good. Not the best Mexican out there. Pricy for what you get compared to others. Good spot for evening drinks though

Great margaritas and the chispa is recommended. Nice atmosphere. Would definitely come back if I'm in the area.

Absolutely LOVE the manager RICARDO. I have never seen a manager work so hard and help his staff 100! In every way. He is a bartender, he host, he busses, he waits, he is just freaking amazing. He is definitely in the right position. He really deserves a major raise! The staff here starting with Ricardo and continue on with Domingo, Franco, Daniel, Raul, the host and everyone here is just amazing. The Food is top notch, this is our go to restaurant and we send all our family and friends here to eat. Love it!

Honestly this place is hit or miss but when they miss it's a major failer an example is 30 after being seated still no server to even take a drink order. Another example is seeing you waiter eating food off your plate while you are waiting for it. My 3rd example is the food is amazing but sometimes they just don't give you any of the ingredients like they are running low and want to make it last so here is one shrimp for your salad

Great drinks and lovely atmosphere, a little on the noisy side so if you are looking for a quiet dinner this is not the place. But definitely try the margaritas!

Wandered in around brunch time one Sunday and had a marvelous meal. We very much enjoyed our meal and are looking forward to returning soon!

Great ambiance, really good food and attentive service. Has become one of my go to Mexican restaurants around. The enchilada topping salsas are especially nice - strongly recommend the ancho based one. One of two places in San Antonio I never miss on ordering the rajas starter.

If you haven't been here before, it should be next on your list. It is a fun and upbeat venue with good food and let's talk about the house margarita.probably the thing most people know. THE CHISPA. They're delicious and strong. Give it a go!

Good food. Good drinks.kinda pricey my taste.my 6 yr old daughter, my lady and I usually drop 125-150 on just a cpl drinks ea and a cpl plates.we enjoy it tho

Food is amazing as well as drinks, but service is slow. We were a large group - 14 - but they only took our order in more than an hour after we sat down.

Can be pretty awesome for the most part they're inconsistent as with most restaurants consistency seems to be elusive as seen in my pictures two of the same entrees that look and taste completely different.

It was alright. My wife and I had a "fried taco" carbon. Basically a flour tortilla carbon taco with avocado, and the tortilla was fried. The rice and beans were good. As was the selection of chips and salsa. Also the queso "flamingo" as I call it was tasty.

Sat at a table for 5 mins before waiter asked what we wanted to drink. Ordered chips and queso and waiter didnt ask what we want for our main course. Decided not to even bother, just finished the tea and queso.

Basic run of the mill "Mexican" food. They're aiming for authentic, but it just comes across as salty food. Prices intend quality, but the taste doesn't match.

There's a sexist Argentinean waiter that likes to jokingly call females dumb. Had it not been for him, it would have been pleasant. Food is good.

Had the seafood paradilla. Very good. Bar made an excellent cranberry mimosa. Server appropriately attentive.

Food was pretty good. Place is just too noisy. Service was good. It's located in a good location if ya live north central as i do. Atmosphere is ok.

The entire place is off the chart! Food great, prices awesome! The staff totally professional and best part. Not to loud or quit. Perfect Date place to relax and meet your better half, friend, or like me just recon great places for all. Never rush always spoiled!

Waited over an hour to be seated, was given a table that was meant for four, yet we were a part of six. Manager didn't care or even try to understand what the issue was. The table was in the main thoroughfare.
Staff failed to keep the chips/salsa filled, and the food was late. Not going back.
