There customer service sucks. It took a while for them to greet me and I was the only one there. I got 2 things asked for extra granola and the lady couldn’t stop emphasizing it would be extra. I know I ordered it that way ma’am. Even when I paid she said you know the price for that isn’t gonna be the same now since u got extra granola. That’s uncalled for please train your employees better.

I have no complaints as to what they are serving but there staff is so unprofessional. There is a lot of eye rolling going on. I was so annoyed by the fact that they pretended not to speak english when I ordered chocolate chip icecream. My bad I didn't order choco chip

Edit: my review was originally 2 stars but there is a young man in there that is such a great employee I added 2 stars. More employees like him would definitely make this place worth five stars.

I was over charged. I purchased 4 items and they charged me 40$ smh The guy didn't give me a receipt so that works out for them of course. Save your money from these scammers. El tropico is a lot better and they have better customer service.

Terrible customer service by the younger ladies working in the evening! Don’t get me wrong, the snacks are always amazing but they have got to have better customer service! If something doesn’t change this place will loose customers! To add to this review, my brother was in literally 5 mins after my sister & I were in to grab some corn on a cob & one of the ladies stated they were closed, no more corn! At 9: 50 PM! Your workplace is not where you keep your boyfriend on the side of the counter to chit-chat with! Wait until you get off the clock! So unprofessional! Rant over!

Never knew this place existed until today, my sister took me there. We got 2 of the jinni plates.and 2 Fresca drinks. And 2 cup of elote. It read clean, customer service was excellent. Great place like Mihocanna

Not disappointed but somehow I can't believe I gave this place yet another try! From the beginning the service was bad with the people biting their nails, annoyed to take my order and not to mention how rude everyone was. I was hoping the rest of my visit to paleton would smooth over but I had no ice in my aguas frescas, my corn in a cup was more like corn in AGUA, and it was literally so disgusting everywhere you looked. Disgusting service, disgusting snacks and overall disgusting place. No wonder it has gone down hill. Can't wait to give other nearby places a try.

This place is so racist we stood in line for ten minutes and they helped everybody behind us my mom called them and they started laughing because we are black.

As a Mexican American I enjoy this place a lot. It's always sweet smelling and has a friendly staff

It's a very neat place, but I feel like me and my husband was being ignored whenever we were in line it took forever because the little girl that was serving us just completely passed us up, but the product is very nice.
