I went to this place around 2: 30 pm and it was closed with a sign that said be back in 10 minutes. I called the number listed, and the guy that answered said the lady would be gone for about 40 minutes. Then he told me to come back later as if I had nothing better to do with my time. I told him I didn't live close and I wasn't coming back later. He didn't seem to care one way or the other. That was my experience. Unprofessional!

Customer service sucks not even a greet or a welcome or even a thank you. I order some Tostitos with cheese and the cheese was cold and the rusa drink i ask for was horrible. Definitely not happy for my first time coming here

Not real aguas frescas. They take the frozen sorbet of fruit of your choice off the ice cream line, go to the bank and water it down and throw in ice. Real aguas frescas takes time to cut the fruit and infuse the water with it.

The gentleman that helped me was very helpful. Was my 1st time there, them palatas are so good!

Cash only so be ready. Lots of fresh items. I always have the corn or fruit. Sometimes both! Also, ice cream, frito pie and pickles. Mexican soda and candy also plus Popsicles.

BUYER BEWARE: I was scammed by the person identified as the owner of this place. I paid with a $20 bill and he did a speedy series of money exchanges on his side of the counter and placed a $10 bill on top of his money drawer. And, he insisted I had given him a $10. Never again. Es un ladron. This guy is running a crooked operation.

Delicious shaved ice, mangonadas, paletas, bolis, ice cream, snacks and more. Clean and super friendly service.

Mexican snacks are great! It can be bit cleaner, but staff is super friendly, good prices and variety.

After over 4 years of patronage today they lost a customer.

My typical order is a gallon of three different flavors. Today we requested this, only to be informed that they are out of the containers. Ok, no big deal we will move on and go elsewhere. As we were starting to make our way out of the shop, the gentleman indicated he could provide the same 1gallon in three separate containers. I thought that was a great idea so I accepted the offer. We selected the flavors, a couple other items and got ready to pay. He provided the total to which I inquired about the elevated cost.

He replied with, "Well you are buying the 1 gallon in three different containers, it is more expensive".

My rebuttal, "I asked you for a gallon, you indicated that you did not have the container and provide the three containers as your solution to the problem, at which point you did not indicate there to be a cost difference".

"Well the quantity is the same, but it's in three containers, so it's more. " He waited. After a long pause he responded with, " I can just dump it back into the larger container. "

I am sure that is very hygienic. It is unfortunate, but it is what it is. He turned what could have been a very successful interaction to a very negative one.

This place is not only AWESOME but (how do you say delicious in Spanish?) Oh well, DELICIOUS! OH! SO! DELICIOUS!

I was here a couple days ago and I highly recommend this place. The owner was very kind to us and everything was SO delicious. Definitely coming back!

They only accept cash as payment. Not really convinient.

Fast service. Clean place. Good prices. Large variety of flavored paletas. I have to say that the corn in a cup was a bit sweet. Didn't know if it was the mayo or the corn. So, for my taste, it was good But not great. Will definitely go back.

Not enough space if u want to eat inside. Only one bench. It would be nice if they had some tables and chairs outside.

Very friendly staff and most importantly, yummy variety of snacks. Mangonadas are delish! They have the Machine, a 3 in one hot Cheetos, elote and nachos!

Very cute little ice cream and shaved ice store. Lots of flavors. The owner said he makes the shave ice in the store. We had the watermelon and the coconut. They were really good. Very cheap! I'd recommend this place. Very quaint.

Best place to get raspados/raspas. Great service. Never leave San Antonio without stopping here first.

Love the fruit drinks! Only downside is they only take cash. So don't come without some.
