We were in twice in one week with two different dogs. I’d like to thank Dr. Ellis and staff for their care and compassion with both of my dear pets. We had to make the toughest decision ever to put my Peanut down but Dr. Ellis was kind and explained how sick she was. She has also tremendously helped my Penelope heal from her IVDD. Their services are a little pricey but they’re very helpful.

The very best animal clinic in El Paso! The doctor and staff are so awesome! We had to say goodbye to our Chuco and we could not have been handled with more care! We made it through a tough time because of their superior service!

The entire staff was amazing with my little girl, Poppy. She had a major medical emergency and they worked with me in every step of the way. I am completely grateful to everyone there.

Dr. Ellis was soooo helpful and knowledgeable and the staff was very patient and friendly. It’s never fun to have to visit, but we knew our puppy was in good hands!

On a Sunday afternoon one of our dogs, Boma, began to show vertigo, lethargy, upset stomach, and other stressful signs. I called El Paso Animal Urgent Care West and made arrangements to bring Boma in - in spite of being crowded, the examination, concern, and care was timely and the bloodwork, analysis, and subsequent treatment was quick. I picked Boma up around 10: 30 pm and the Dr.came out to discuss Boma's status, what I should watch for, and to make sure I took him into our regular vet first thing Monday morning. She also had sent all his lab work to our Vet so it was there on Monday morning. I was impressed and grateful for the great care and service

I fully credit this place for saving my elderly cat. She had bleeding from her private area and I rushed here as soon as I could. The first thing they did was immediately take her to the back to make sure she was stable, then they gave her back to me until we were seen. I was sobbing when I came in and the receptionist treated me with nothing but kindness and respect. There was a long wait time, but we came late at night, there were already several people there with their pets, and the doctor (Dr. Mason) was already in a procedure so a wait time is to be expected and is out of the control of the staff. Dr. Mason and her technicians made sure my kitty was ok and then sent her home with medications and she is doing wonderfully. My regular veterinarian was closed and I don't know what I would have done without this staff and doctor.

Best clinic and staff in El Paso. The amount of care they have for not only their patients but as well as the owners is beyond words.

They saved my 4 month old Cane Corso from parvo! AND they worked with me regarding the cost!

I made a recent visit, very late, quarter to close and the entire staff, was very friendly and welcoming. When my Pup and I finally made it into an exam room, they were able to bring some pain relief and comfort to my pup. Boy, the drive down from LC was the longest and hardest but, I came back home relieved, knowing Puppers will be fine. Thank you for being open late and very welcome.

Very bad and slow service here do not give them your money the workers in front have no clue what they are doing and they are lost more than half the time they don't do anything and are lazy they should be fired and or go back to school to get an education to be able to have this job. I do not recommend it here they also overcharge their poor care to our pets.

I honestly had a great experience here this was my first time coming because my baby keep throwing up and our regular vet couldn’t see him and all staff is so kind. They also give you a estimate of how much it’s going to be before paying I want to thank the vet that helped my puppy and all the vet technicians too!

Always a very compassionate, friendly, professional staff. We’ve had to use them twice, on 2 different fur babies. It’s comforting knowing your baby is in the best of hands. Wonderful, clean facility as well, which somehow gives you more confidence in the place. Picture is after recovery. Restored back to health.

The staff and doctor were so kind! This is not a cheap service to begin with (or cat needed their jaw wired shut) but their prices were very reasonable.

Dr. Ellis and the entire staff were so kind. You can tell this isn't a place trying to make a profit but to help animals because they care. We had to put a stray kitty down and the whole process was hard but they made it so much easier for us. Wish this place could be our primary health provider but it will definitely be our go to place for emergencies.

Puppy had a hook in his mouth.we took him here to this urgent care and they were nice and very helpful and managed to take the hook out in under 10 minutes. No sedation required.very kind.

Dr. Ellis has been amazing. She has gone above and beyond for our family. She is a true angel and we are so thankful for her. The staff is kind and always so welcoming whenever we walk through the door. Best veterinarian clinic in El Paso, hands down! We love them all!
