14Horrible customer service. I saw many people leave angry and these fat @#$%& were laughing. They should be ashamed. Also they only accept cash as if we were living in 1980. This is why we have banks and debit cards. So its safe for any business. It just feels like this business is a bit fishy if you know what I mean.
Employees are not very helpful and don't seem to like thier jobs at all. They don't even have the basic services like a fax, copier or email accounts to send your documents to such as insurance documents which are all online now a days. The charge 10.00 for a service fee.well lets provide a service first.
The County tax office on George Dieter is better, faster and cheaper. I hope the owner or management sees this and will take it to heart and step up their game.
Renewing my registration was quick and simple. I was glad to see everyone wearing their face mask and also social distancing inside the business.
Very disrespectful personnel. They try their best to make your life a living hell even when you have all documents on hand. I will not return!
Went with them to gift my mother a car more than 3months ago. A month later we get a letter from the city requesting almost $3k in taxes. If it was fired to an immediate family member this shouldn't happen. We called El Paso Auto Registration and they admitted to paperwork error on their part and requested new paperwork. My as the daughter moved out of state which made it complicated due to covid. My mother just tried going in person to submit the paperwork requested after speaking to someone on the phone. The lady at the desk refused to process it as they are still gonna adhere by the cities request for the sales tax because of El Paso Auto Registration failure to notify the city of their mistake and change it to a gifted car instead of sale. 4 months of back and forth, terrible paperwork and tracking on El Paso Autos part and still don't have the title in my mother's name. Terrible customer service, till they correct paperwork and stop this goose chase I wouldn't recommend them. They keep telling my mother to take off work to drive far east to hand in paperwork they still can't process because of their mistake in the middle of covid.
Registration renewal was quick and easy. Expect super long wait times since only 5 people at a time can be inside the office
Don’t go there, no customer service. They take too long. The blonde girl had her red mask down and was using her cel phone while there’s a big line outside. I waited one hours.
I went in on a Thursday around 3pm and the line was long outside (maybe 15 people ahead of me) and I didn't think it would move very quickly. Less than 1 hour later, I walked out with my license plates in hand. The lady that assisted me was pleasant and helpful and took care of everything I needed. Cash only, but they have an atm inside.
Was at this location almost an hour before they closed and they stopped taking people just because it's Saturday and they are in a rush to get home. The line wasn't even that long. No wonder your locations have 3 stars or less because you guys have poor customer service. I will never do business at any of your locations again and I will let my family know. I called a place all the way in the northeast that closes at 2: 30 and they told me they will take me as long as I was there by 2: 30 regardless how long the line was. Now that's excellent customer service.
Oh dang, if you’re dying for terrible customer service, drop everything you are doing and hit them up!
For Auto Registration service the expectation is very (very) low so not much was expected anyway.
The girls at this place have poor customer service, they are extremely rude. I'd suggest go elsewhere.
The wait time is terrible only two clerks and they had to go in the back to ask questions not familiar with requirements I believe
Do not expect help from these lazy girls, the first thing I see is a overweight girl dress with a cat Halloween custom that was way too small, so unprofessional. Then it was clear that she did not want to help so she just told to go and get a signature I needed. At that point I just wanted to get out, so I ended up going to the Zaragoza location and I was in and out in less than 10 minutes with no problems.
