3I'm new with El Paso Rentals but they have been more than accommodating and kind. Thank you everyone.
Claudia is my property manager. She does a fantastic job. I've been in my property for almost 3 years. I'm lucky because I have a very well taken home, that is about 20 years old. I've never had issues with maintenance. Some of the reviews speak of fees & I can say I've always you paid on time & there was one instance where there was error on my part, realtor part & my bank. Fees did occur I paid what I knew I owed but the rest were removed. The current owner is in the process of selling the house I'm in & Claudia is helping to find me a new home. After my move is complete I'll be able to speak on deposit return.
Had an excellent experience renting a house with them. Claudia is a great property manager, very attentive and helpful. I recommend their services.
