Horrible just horrible. Easily the worst hotel in El paso. Really Rude staff. Hustled me out of full rate after seeing room, and calling booking agency to not accept, lied and said I was there an hr 15mins Into. Room was really dirty, flies on the bed, dirt on the walls. Please don't waste your money. They should be shut down. The Rude lady in the front is a P. O. S.

This hotel is a dump. Sheets were stained, bath towels were transparent and room smelled musty. Will not return for another stay

If I could give no stars I would. LADIES AND GENTS PLEASE DONT BOOK RESERVATIONS HERE. I BOOKED MY RESERVATION ON PRICELINE FOR THIS HOTEL. WHEN I GOT THERE SHE CHARHED ME A FULL RATE FOR A ROOM NEVER HONORING MY RESERVATION. WHEN I TRIED TO EXPLAIN HER ERROR SHE CLOSED HER STUPID LITTLE WINDOW TO SHUT ME UP. PLEASE GUYS TAKE YOUR BUSINESS SOME PLACE SAFE. NOT. SOME WHERE YOU PAY MORE FOR ALOT LESS

Don't bother! Rude is being kind. Can't hook a room if you're 18 WITH a credit card and valid ID, Price online is a lie, wouldn't accommodate anyone. Don't waste your time. Want a fantastic place. Ill tell you in another review, but when you see this place, keep on a keeping on!

It's not the best hotel but it is decent and very calm there's plenty of places to eat out around the hotel

Staff vary rude, rooms dirty, and I had bugs under my sheets! Didn't they find a dead body in the trunk of a car? Cant believe Priceline supports this hotel!

Dirty room, rude staff. I don't usually leave bad reviews, but this place is not it. Stay somewhere else, or just sleep in your car. You'll be better off.

Made reservations for a stay w a Lady. She said when I arrived she would give me a military discount. Upon check in a Gentlem rudely told me he was Not giving a Miliyary Discount. Infantil rate increase. Toldme if I dudnt like it I could go somewhere else.
No others rooms availabe.

Dirty bed. Dirty room period. Hole in the ceiling. Water leaking from the hole in the ceiling; half of the bed is wet. Never staying here again. Poor room from what I’ve seen so far.

This hotel seemed pretty decent in their website but as soon as we arrived we weren’t even allowed to enter the lobby. There was a little window to talk to the front desk lady by, she didn’t even smile at us and took very long to gather our reservation. I felt unwelcome before even going to my room. However, when i entered my room the smell was awful even though my room was supposed to be “non-smoking”. The air conditioner was SO LOUD and was honestly very uncomfortable to sleep at night with. It did cool very nicely though. The bed was really hard and was not clean, pillows were too small for the king bed requested and were also stained. The towels seemed clean but were hard and smelled bad aswell. Honestly the only comfortable thing about this hotel was the microwave and the fridge they provide you with. It was honestly too pricey for the condition the room was in. Would definitely not be coming back.

I've been staying here for awhile now and I like it. It's good for the price. Very clean and great service.

Lady in the front was super rude, the ceiling was coming apart. The pillows were too small for that bed which by the way was extremely uncomfortable?

Simple room, for the price. Had a certain smell to it, even though it was to be a non-smoking room. Bed was uncomfortable really hard, but you get what u pay for. Motel was quite and lady at front was nice.

Just know, you get what you pay for. In this corona time always plan to bring some Lysol wipes and spray for the handles and counters. Maybe bring an extra blanket, towel and some ear plugs.

Checked in and immediately checked out. Used a reservation company and worked through them to get a refund. Bed cover had cigarette burn marks, chair cover was stained, and furniture was peeling paint.

I've traveled internationally and stayed in some pretty remote sketch places. Would never stay here or recommend staying here.

I had been coming here for a while. Until I reported the broken TV in my room. They accused me breaking the TV and said if I couldn't pay $200 right awaythen and there they were going to call the police. So management went as far as calling the cops only told find there was no proof I did it. Very poorly handled.
