A friend left his car keys inside, I called this guy who didn’t even introduce (and I still don’t know his name) to get a quote. He was very rude since I didn’t understand the first time he gave me the quote (btw 65,6-5, SIX FIVE!). When I ask for a minute while my friend ended up a call with his dad and ask if that price was okay with him, he said “oh! Is he in another call? Nevermind then” followed by a “thank you bye”.
