The staff is very friendly and professional. They have been very helpful and very patient with us. Thank you Nurse Practitioner Gaby Kelly and Dr. Ray for your compassion and concern, the road to recovery has been so much better under your guidance and care. I highly recommend EPPC.

Great place to manage pain, but the coverage has changed, customers will pay more out of pocket. I will probably need to find another provider.

First visit and let me tell you, was seen by Dr. Carlos Trigo was outstanding. In the 23 yrs of dealing with the Veterans Affairs hospital I have never felt a doctor has actually listened and wanted to treat me like Dr. Trigo did. Thankful and blessed to have been referred to him.

Do NOT expect them to be on time for the appt. I cam in for trigger point injections and waited over an hour PAST my appt time. I had to go as I had other appts. Here again to try to get the injections again before I move away. Yet again, I am sitting here past my appt time. These injections literally take less than 5 minutes to do. No one has bothered to let me know the doctor is backed up or anything. So only come here if you have several hours to sit around waiting on them.

Edit: an hour PAST my appt time. Just asked the staff if the doctor is behind, and they basically told me that's just the way it is. These people do not care for or respect their patient's time. Do NOT come here.

My first time there, don't know if 3 hours is appropriate for a first time visit. Could be more efficient, I'll go back, rating to be determined then.

I have to take my client back and then I will find out how it goes. They didn't do anything to my client, have to gather exams results.

Dr Ray has kept my pain well managed. His staff is proactive and helpful. Michelle explained things very well and made sure I had no questions before leaving the office.
