El Paso PREMIERE LUX CINE 17 IMAX

It's a little expensive. They need to work on some butter machines that didn't work. Also have more lanes open so the lines don't get to long.

Absolutely horrified of the discriminatory abuse against my disabled children from staff and managerial staff at Premiere Lux Cine 17 (inside Basset Place). Now, with this incident, where the staff and managers defending the staff that abused my disabled children, I will STAY AWAY FROM BASSET PLACE CINEMA. I calmly explained to the 2 managers the abuse my children endured while we had spent a lot of money there that day and I told them to look at the cameras so there was proof of the abusive staff, but they refused and dismissed me. I asked for their headquarters phone number and their names; they just wrote down their first name. I tried one last time to get some justice and asked them to please bring those abusive staff members forward and the manager just looked over his shoulder and said they were busy (even though I had just seen some on their phones pretending to sweep).
I've been going to that movie theater since the '90s and their staff was always wonderful, BUT NOW this new abusive staff and managers singling out the disabled are gonna burn it to the ground.
P. S. El Paso friends, we're all better off going to East point Cinemas AMC on Lee Trevino, their staff is awesome and their movies are cheaper. *Bonus is that it's next to Teppanyaki Chinese/American/Mexican buffet. You can eat and then go next door to the movies, win-win and no discrimination against the disabled.

I have been to this cinema many years ago and I decided to go see the Barbie Movie while in town. I am happy this cinema is still open while most movie theatres are shutting down in my town in Canada. It’s nice to still have an authentic movie experience. Upon entering there was no staff at the box office so I had to lineup in the very long confection lineup to buy my ticket. This is the reason I only gave them 3 stars. Lineup was super slow. There were no kiosks I can quickly buy my ticket either. Another reason I only gave 3 stars. You have to choose your seat when buying your ticket which I did not like. The theatre itself however is big, beautiful and clean. Seats were amazingly comfortable and I really enjoyed the movie.

I’m shocked this place is open. We were seeing a movie in IMAX that was supposed to have post credit scenes (comes into play later). We got to our seats and they were covered in popcorn… after the movie when the credits started playing the cleaning staff came in and we’re walking down the aisles sweeping. Funny how the seats were filthy before we got there and then they come and clean DURING the movie. So after we got out I went to the ladies room and every. Single. Toilet was overflowing with poop water.

Bought some wings and a coke and honestly was very disappointed especially on the wings. To pricy for what I got for food

I pile this theater because it's not as busy as others. You can buy your tickets online, show up, just walk in and nobody even bothers to check your tix.

Concessions were a little slow. The lines tend to back up a bit. Give yourself plenty of time to get your snacks and drinks. Seating wise was a good experience very comfortable chairs. Tuesday pricing is a good special for a movie, consider getting the IMAX experience. Well worth the extra $$. They are working on a self serve popcorn stand. Can't wait to see it finished! Comes along with unlimited refills. Other than that enjoy your movie!

Absolutely enjoy this place. Very family oriented and the staff is very friendly and helpful with all.

He movie was supposed to start at 7: 20, I got to the theater at 7: 25 and the movie was already 20 minutes in. I missed the whole beginning of the movie.

I love coming to this theater. You can eat, relax and walk around and go look at stuff before and after your movie. All staff are usually very nice and helpful.

No large popcorn spent a lot more than I expected I will start looking for another movie theater

Went to go see a movie that was posted on line, The staff informed us when we got there that they were not showing the movie as that theater had no air conditioning, The popcorn machines were malfunctioning, so only reg popcorn was available. Prices are crazy high. Couldn't buy tickets from the box office as it was closed. Had to purchase from concession, which held up lines. Staff were friendly.

Our favorite theater! Free refills on popcorn and drinks and comfortable seats in the theater.

Gr8 place 2 take a breather from the hustle of a hectic day. Would/will recommend 2 my friends and family.

Staff in the concessions tried their best to keep up with the slow system & busy crowd. Unfortunately for this being a mall movie theatre the RESTROOMS WERE HORRIBLE & NOT SANITARY. Second we went to see the new TMNT first 10 mins had no sound and lights stayed on. Someone had to leave the theatre and tell them to restart the movie with sound. Overall experience was OK.

Walked into the lobby of the theatre and it was significantly warm. We asked if the theatre itself was going to be cooler. It was not. I spoke with an assistant manager and he said that his manager had just turned on the ac. It was 804 and the fights had already started at 8. I don’t think customers should have to sit in a hot theatre.

I love this location it is very friendly especially to families with small children. They have condiments on the side and free refills.
