Dr. Rochin is easy to speak with about my concerns. He doesn't rush through the appointment and is very friendly and knowledgeable. The staff is very polite.

I really can't put into words how grateful I am. My expectations were far exceeded and I'm grateful to be on a path to better health. Before my first visit I made a list of health problems I've been facing. To my surprise, each and every problem was addressed with an in depth analysis. Dr. Rochin is very professional; he takes the time to get to know your medical history, he LISTENS and provides you with a lot of great insight and medical advice. For Gateway Location- Run the other way! This establishment is a complete joke. First I waited 1hr and a half before my name was called up to get my vitals. Once in the room, the room had an old musty smell, rusty medical equipment, chipped and damaged walls and moldy floor boards (they don’t bother with cleanliness or upkeep). I ask how much longer before I see the doctor for my annual exam and the person said “Well there is two people ahead of you”. Still would have been another 1hr. I got up from the chair and walked out! I feel bad for those that are here in pain waiting to be seen. They have no respect for your time so I will not give them a single cent. I asked for my paperwork, demanded that they delete all my info from their systems as I don’t want anything to do with this establishment. Complete Trash.

Spoke to Sonia as a new patient she looked through both clinics to provide me the soonest appt.she held a nice tone and was a calming entity for me, I look forward towards receiving care from this clinic. PS I only picked this clinic because of the reviews
