DO NOT RECOMMEND - COMPLETE DISRESPECT FOR MILITARY FAMILIES!

It’s hard to find the appropriate place to begin, we’ve had so many issues with this company. I think the most important thing is that they are comfortable listing homes that have active repair needs that are safety hazards to prospective tenants.

There have been glaring communication issues from the very beginning. We thought we found satisfactory help in Raul and Francisco, but now Raul (supervisor) seems to be avoiding us.

Both Joe and Sandra have insufficient communication abilities and should not be in the position they hold. Sandra lied about Melissa (property manager) deciding and/or enabling an attempt at a bidding war after ensuring us that we had secured the property, with only two weeks left before our move across the country.

They refused to update the lease to reflect the repairs request and have given us the runaround on so many issues.

The poor owner of the home on Granero Dr has had it vacant for 5 months only for Melissa and her team to start playing games with us. DO NOT RECOMMEND to tenant or homeowner.

All of this is a very light recounting of the whole tale. The full version is far worse.

Oh, and the cherry on top is they’re pretending to not understand what I’m saying when I ask to speak with Melissa or the brokerage who backs her.

I been renting with them for a few years. As winter approaching they conducted seasonal change for my AC/Heater unit, they schedule a appointment around my work schedule, HVAC tech came on time, did changes with no issues, he did his check after to make sure everything is functional and also took time to give me pointers on the filter change recommendations that can help prevent damage and improve air quality. Thank you El Paso Rentals and HVAC tech for a great service.

Francisco was very kind when explaining the process of changing the dishwasher in the rental house. He contacted the tenant and the technician. He made this process easy and stress free.

I have been dealing with Raul and I must say he has been absolutely amazing he has been extremely helpful I can give him ten stars ️

They’ve always been very responsive to repair requests and the vendors are helpful and kind.

I’ve absolutely loved working with Melissa. She’s always quick to respond and I know I’ll always get the resolution I need within a moments notice. She has a great personality and has made me feel appreciated and valued as client. We’re blessed to have met her, I look forward to continue working with Melissa for a long time. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my property while living out of state.

Maintenance emergency number is seriously lacking monitoring. Spent weekend in hotel because AC went out and not 1 call back. Very unprofessional.

Do not rent from these people/company! Very bad service! They don’t comply with anything that needs to be fixed!
