El Pollo Loco, San Antonio TX

I will not be returning to this establishment. I waited for 25 mins. For a salad and a burrito and 2 drinks. The so called manager was on her personal phone mind I'm calling the restaurant to least get my drinks, she answers and hangs up on me not once but twice. Were honking to get her attention and ignored us. Finally get our food and have to ask for our drinks. No, not going back and yes I did call the 1-877 # and made a complaint.

First they messed up my grub hub the other day then last night after waiting over half hour in togo line they only gave me half my order right dont go to this location

I took my 10 piece chicken order to go for my family. Once we got to eating and opened the container at home, EVERY SINGLE PIECE WAS BURNED on one side and all the burnt sides were FACED DOWN! Faced down intentionally so it wouldn't be seen immediately! I tried calling, but the numbers listed don't work! Extremely disappointed. I sent a message to corporate and they are giving me a replacement 10 piece meal. I'm glad they tried fixing it, but I don't think it was good enough. This shouldn't have even happened!

They took long to bring our order to the window the back was tearing two Hot sauce feel and when we got home it tasted awful

Horriable the food is disgusting, they forgot to put in tortillas then when you call their mailbox is full to even leave a message. They need to put quality in the food they serve their customers. I miss the old Pollo Loco.

Horrible experience. Refer to my photo about the skinny chicken “leg”. Absolutely ridiculous; they overcharged us, the AC was not working, and the place is horrendously filthy. I asked for a refund and I will never come back.

They were out of ice, the salsa bar was empty, the bathroom was out of soap and the tables had not been cleaned. Very poorly managed!

VERY GOOD CHICKEN. Service was awesome, the cashier even brought us our food! Most of the time i come here they call out your name. Price is a bit much but i dont mind coz theyre food is so good!

Took legit 20 minutes from receiving the receipt to receiving the order. All we got was 6 tacos and a BRC burrito. They put way too much focus on the drive through people, they need to make sure the guests that are actually in the restaurant get served and fed first. Also, there is a really strong musty smell around the register and drink fountain. In the men’s room it’s even worse, like an actual sewage spill or something. I had to hold my breath the whole time I thought I was going to get sick. It’s too bad, cause the food is actually good. Seems like a poor management issue. I told someone about the sewage smell in the bathroom and around the drink station and she literally just looked up and kind of stared at me and did not say anything. It was awkward.

Everything was really good but when your out of guacamole and avocado you should tell people so that when they get their meal they aren’t disappointed napkins and lids for our drinks would have been nice also.

The food is always great and we'll served. I always get the tostada salads! However, the location was a little dirty and the employees seemed to be frustrated and running behind on orders.

Location is currently closed and it is difficult to tell until you nearly pull into the drive thru.
Usually good food at this location although the last time I ate there it was mediocre.
The city also made it a pain to pull into this location if you are coming from the east or south, you have to make a U Turn.

Place is closed. I driver over here and there should be sign or alert that it is closed for remodeling

Need to train all the people from managers to cooks and cashiers. Will travel to eat elsewhere.

Extremely rude, condescending employee wearing a name badge with no name. I nearly walked out after being informed there was no photography in the store as I was taking a picture of the menu for my wife. I will not be visiting this branch again.

Wife's chicken & avocado wrap was OK. My chicken & avocado burrito had beans & rice, but NO chicken & NO avocado. I DO NOT recommend.

Throughly enjoyed my meal. The chicken was cooked the way I like it (no red) ; it was tender and tasty. Our portions were hearty. Will definitely return.

The food was delicious. The chicken wasn't finished when we went through the drive through, so we had to wait. That's always a bit annoying, but I still give 5 stars because the food was worth it and the service was good.

Pollo Loco has some good Mexican food and inventive tex mex for a fast food restaurant. But the service is slow and this particular location needs better cleaning in the overall facility.

Very unprofessional employees. Will serve who they know first before other customers who were there first. Very poor customer service. May be just the one I visited.
