Ell Pollo Loco has never let me down. Food is made fresh to order and always full of flavor.

Tortilla soup was extremely salty, not good taste. Chicken was dry and very small pieces. Tortillas falling apart. The drive thru person was nice.

Food quality had gone down, chicken is very dry, no salsa or source to come with meal. Had to go up the counter and ask for my drink cups, source, and tortillas 3 separate times.

We had Lunch here and the chiken were too small. We ordered wings and breast but they looked like frog legs.

(Very good chicken taquitos) As it turned out I loved their salsa bar it is now gone, a victim of covid and apparently will never return. The food is just ok without the salsa bar, and they no longer sell the taquitos.

Don't go here if you want to feel a bit happy and content with your choice of lunch selection. After you are done with your large plate or piece of chicken you will feel immensely satisfied, like after beating mortal Kombat on hard mode. Eat here now. Download app to get super good prices

I can’t believe there’s a El Pollo Loco in Texas and I never knew! I’m so excited I finally found one and now realize there are several spread throughout Dallas and Fort Worth area. I live two hours away but every chance I get my wife and I love this place so we’re gonna come through and even go out of our way to hit up of El Pollo Loco every chance we get. The location here in Arlington was literally excellent. It reminds me of the experience I had when I was younger in Hawthorne, Cali. Would love if el pollo loco would spread out to Tyler or Lindale.

Extremely disappointed in the taste of this salad! The chicken was extremely dry and tough! The salad was wilted. The only reason I did not go back it was because of the 20min drive back. I ordered through drive thru. The gentleman that took my order was extremely nice and the service was very fast!
Check your food before you leave drive thru. 11 dollars wasted salad went in the trash.

This is very good chicken. Cole slaw and beans are very good sides. Service can take 10 minutes but it is worth the wait.

We had just completed a long drive and was looking for some healthy options to take back to the house.

My son recently bought chicken and the guacamole tastes bad, maybe because of the heat, you should check it before you offering

Cold tortillas, they are not chickens, they are pigeons and very expensive, dirty place, sticky tables, regular seasoning grease.

Very unpleasant; the tables very dirty. Leftover food on the floor. I had to ask the cashier to clear the table. Le.pwsi to call the Manager; I arrive and I told him that he will look at a cockroach upside down lying on the floor in front of our table.

I placed my order through Uber Eats. I ordered a 3pc leg and thigh meal, just to receive white meat only. Order mac & cheese and corn as sides, did not get any corn. It’s no excuse in my eyes, if you can’t tell the difference between different meats then you should not be working there.

The food is usually really good, sometimes service is iffy. We love the chicken with Charro beans and corn. The brc burritos are very good as well. I also like the chips and queso.

Went in to buy chicken dinner, chicken pieces were the size no bigger than a fried Canary and dry. After eating that I stopped at Jack in the box.

I had the app coupon for a free bowl with ANY purchase. When I got to the window the lady at the drive thru was extremely rude and had a super bad attitude. She kept trying to charge me for two bowels and my drink. The coupon said ANY purchase i.e the drink. The lady in the drive thru really needs an attitude adjustment.
