El Pollo Rico reviews
13Inside was extremely large and setup like a restaurant so it holds a lot of people. It was extremely busy on a Sunday afternoon, and the staff did well turning around food for dinners and drive thru, along with cleaning up when able. We got 2 piece white meat which comes with barracho beans, rice, tortillas, a breast and a wing. The chicken was juicy with great flavors, and the red and green sauces were on point. Only oddity is that the place had a smell when you walked in.
The flavor of the chicken lives up to its name, it is well seasoned and the attention that the young people have is good and they are very courteous. The place is very clean.
Loli did an amazing job picking my food out! I was famished after training dogs this morning.
Omg yesterday my husband and I had a small order via drive thru. It was okay. Today we decided to try it again, but decided to eat inside. We were hesitant in the beginning but then said wth. Sitting there eating and a roach comes out of nowhere crawling right next to our food. Hubby grabs a staff member who then grabbed a manager. Both of them saw the roach, yet decided to ask if we wanted them to remake the order. Really. "no sir we would not like another order with extra roaches in it. We'd like a refund. " NEVER AGAIN WILL I EVER EAT THERE. That is so nasty. No compassion whatsoever as if they're used to seeing that. Ughhhh. I'll update after my complaint with the health department.
Omg, I came to visit from FL and wow this chicken is the BEST! I've tried. Loved Loved it, I wish FL will have one. I wish to come back and try it again.
I love their Papa asada.the meat is soft and juicy, the pickled jalapeño on anything potato is a win for me. Their chicken tho.always a bit on the dry end.
Normally give a 5 for them but today was not good. Ordered a burger for the first time and was highly disappointed. Bum was hard and dry on top amd soggy on the bottom. Fries were way undercooked. Spoke with the manager when I called in and he really didn't seem to care that I hrew the food away. I will take the drive to the other one from now on.
The Best Chicken In Town, But There's Always a Lot Of People, You'll Have To Have a Little Patience.
I love it here. When I’m lazy to cook I’ll just stop by and get a whole chicken meal for dinner. Quick and reasonable price.
Ordered full chicken and chips/salsa. 10/10. So many chips and salsa was so good. Ate chicken tacos for 5 days straight. Well worth the $20 and $3 for chips/salsa
If you want to eat a homemade charcoal chicken, with that exquisite flavor, I recommend that you visit that place with a pleasant atmosphere, you also have other options, go for them
Lately in terrible service The burritos are cold and the tortas don't even say Good but The burnt quesadillas should improve that
Love this place, we always get a chicken and it’s delicious, smells incredibly, fresh, served with small sized hot tortillas, 2 types of salsa, beans, rice and grilled onion. Cheese Nachos are also very good. All the time we take away the food but I wish the place inside could be more clean and comfy! Fast and friendly spanish speaking service.
