El Quinto Sol, Laredo TX

LOVE LOVE LOVE this place! The only restaurant of its kind in Laredo or anywhere I've visited because it serves authentic Mexican food with a vegetarian and vegan twist. Every time I'm in town I visit. Only wish that their baked goods were vegan and their frozen yogurt too.

One of my favorite restaurants. They have healthy, delicious food and affordable prices. Love the sweet bread and orange juice.

This place is awesome. They make eating meatless a delicacy. Not to mention the options for raw juices, fruit smoothies, wheat or gluten free pastries, vitamin selections, and healthy food tips. The staff is friendly and fast, great service. Highly recommend.

The food took very long to arrive. When it did arrive, half of it was cold. The appetizer was the first thing ordered, and the last to get to our table. To the server's credit, she seemed to be the only one working the whole room, and she was pleasant nonetheless.

My preferred place for Vegetarian food. Don't fret if it's busy, it is worth the wait. I had a brother come into town and he asked me to go back here. Food and feeling reminds me of Kansas City.

100% Vegetarian and Vegan. Fresh fruit water (aguas frescas). Homemade bread and natural teas, and merchandise to buy. Love it! I come here all the way from Austin Texas.

The food is amazing here, even though its vegetarian food, you can hardly tell. Always amazing service as well

My daughter picked this restaurant, I ordered the enchiladas swisas, and my daughter ordered the entomatadas.and my friend ordered the "Soy Burger". The Food was delicious A+, the services was B+ cause our waitress didnt understand English, and I had to translate for my friend, but over all good service, the price was a bit high then the your regular fast food, but was worth it. I would visit the place again.thank you Quinto Sol

OMG, best Vegetarian restaurant in Laredo Texas! All Vegetarian. We where crazy buying everything. They have a bakery inside the restaurant. I didn't take pictures because I was enjoying eat the delicious food. They have this restaurants in Nuevo Laredo Mexico (the employees told me that). This is the only picture I took

I've been here 10 minutes and the server never came back to take my order. The man in front came in afterwards and he has his food served and happy. Maybe it's the booth that makes me invisible yet if you look at me you can see I have the menu open ready to order.

Good place for delicious Vegetarian food. I love eating here. Definitely worth a return trip. Prices are appropriate for the quality. Reminds me of a cafe in Chicago I liked to visit.

A top spot for delicious vegetarian food. A favorite evening place of mine. The staff was very kind and attentive.

They have amazing vegan choices. Tacos are good but would be better if they could add some beans instead of a tiny side of charro beans

Quinto Sol is a unique experience. It is a healthy tasty, alternative to Mexican food. You can't go wrong. I love their healthy spinach smoothies and their awesome and tasty Mexican Sweet bread. Or just stop by for the deserts. I love this place.

Being a vegetarian in Laredo is a challenge to say the least. Quinto sol is a nice respite. Wheather you're vegetarian or just looking for something light and healthy, this place is the bomb. They even have accommodations for those who are vegan. If you're in Laredo, give it a shot.

Great service, great good. A bit overpriced, payed about $12 for a large carrot juice. The carrot juice has also changed, it used to be delicious and you could taste the carrot, now it is watered down, which makes it a No-Go for the price.

Delicious veggie pastor tacos and smoothie. Even if you are a hardcore meat eater, i think you will find a couple dishes here that you will enjoy.
