I haven't had water in 2 weeks and I was just told by management to go to another Property to fill up a bucket via water hose to bathe deplorable living conditions so if you have options make this property your last because they just don't care.

It would be nice to have someone that can unlock the laundry room. It's not even 10 o'clock yet. And I want my clothes. Ridiculous! Also make people wear masks in the laundry room too.

I am a new resident and the inside is nice my only complaint is I still don't have hot water in my apartment.

I cant believe pablo and better yet Miriam. Omg Miriam she is the bomb dignity. A person who has dignity witb what she does. Its not easy but she does it. When we asked about apartments she knew what she was talking about. Loved it she made me feel at home! Come Home. She will make you feel at home!

Been here for years.good management, good maintenance, all bills paid, your own cenral a/c, and heater. On site security at night.

I had to pay $500 fee to move in. Non refundable. I was in such a hurry to move in I didn’t ask questions about the water and lead. The buildings are Old so. I didn’t pay too much attention to the bathtub refinishing job. It is now peeling and no one cares. My cabinets are falling off. They come to fix the hinges but only the one that’s broken, there’s two hinges on each door.they will literally only fix one. They’ll Have you with mix matched hinges! One cabinet sitting low and the other high lmao. For $725/ month. Hot water is a maybe. Ants come back every year trust me. I’ve managed to keep roaches out myself. It’s all bills paid and “free cable “ BUT BEWARE your rent will go up significantly each year. Mines has went up $150 in two years. Somehow still the cheapest in Fort Worth. The washers here are okay but YOU WILL NEED TO TAKE YOUR CLOTHES ELSEWHERE TO DRY.dryers suck. There’s security, but what could that really stop.there’s a gate that’s closed sometimes. When things go down over here EVERYBODY will be checked for I. D before coming through the gate. Have fun coming home right. It’s quite most of the time at least in my little section. Kids playing doesn’t bother me but you can hear them from outside. I’ve heard things about the property owner and manager trying to cleanse the place of non Hispanics and just keep a little bit of us around for good measure but who wants to believe things like that. You need someone to blame the ignorant mess on huh. That hurts. If you’re new to the area get used to hearing JETS flying so close, you think your going to DIE.

Love the apartment. Nice inside, a little messy outside (but that is to be expected) Gated community. Nice pool. Beyond awesome staff.

Barley get any hot water water gets cold in the middle of a shower and hot water will be on for like a month and if you tell them the hot water isn't working they wont fix it

Do not sign a lease here. Moved in and within 5 days of living here had Lackland security officer harrassing me and called the cops on me several times due to their racism and ignorance. Manager gives 3 day visitor passes and had to use one for my rental and black bull towing towed my vehicle when I parked in visitor space with a pass in window and paid$300 to get car out. They showed me 2 apartments before I moved in and 1 reeked of dog urine and dung and the other one was Roach infested, dirty, and I've seen 3rd world countries with better living facilities. Management is inept and doesn't take care of any complaints. She tried to evict me when I complained about issues I was having. STAY AWAY FROM EL RANCHO ESCONDIDO HELLHOLE!

If you like guns, hard drugs, and DISGUSTING apartments. This place is for you! The cheap rent does NOT make up for how miserable you will be. However, if you are an addict, drug dealer, or prostitute.welcome home!

I paid 500 dollar second chance deposit. My apartment was never available on time it went from 3days to two weeks and finally i was denied my money back due to their lies and was never allowed to see a model apartment but I have reported this issue to the better business bureau.

If you are non Hispanic, don't know your rights as a Tenant. Do not lease here.
Rarely ever any hot water and the property manager loves to lie and throw unwarranted fees at you when you have an complaint about a fixture or repair that needs to be done. Their goal is to remove all white, black and any non Spanish speaking residents out and move in their Hispanic counterparts. So in doing so they will violate your rights in any way possible. They have threatened to terminate white residents lease when they have issues (one had a mold problem) my husband and I went around speaking to other residents and the only ones who did not have problems were Hispanic or Spanish speaking residents, matter fact they get special privileges in being able to pay their rent 2-3 months late without consequences, while others are kicked out and their stuff thrown all over the property for other tenants to get to when they were a week late on rent due to hospitalization. All other residents are abused in some way, I can go on and on all day.
Me and my husband have this complex under investigation and plan on suing this company for the violation of tenant rights due to bias and discrimination acts. I would not recommend this to my worst enemy. This property definitely need Jayne Colburn back or a better managed company to run these apartments.

The manager is beyond rude. She curses everyone out. I haven't been hear a Mont and she is already trying to put me out. She won't take my rental assistance. Some girls came and jumped on me in my apartment and security was no where to be found and when I told her about the incident she didn't care. I don't know her name but she is beyond rude. I feel discriminated against due to my mental health and I will be complaining I would not recommend anyone to move here.

This place is awful. They had an entire month before we moved in to fix the place up. When we moved in the tub was peeling there was mold just nasty!
Huge roaches, trash & glass & filth all over the grounds of the complex. We had sewage leaking out of the side of our building into the grass for a year.
Our window was broken on our back door, & all they did was screw a piece of sheet rock to our door, for a window! The sheet rock had holes in it! They said they were going to replace it for a year & never did. They are slum lords. Yes it is an all bills paid complex, but they still need to take care of the property. There are lots of other all bills paid places do not move here.

I lived here as a kid and I'm 18 now, during my time there it was home to some of my best and worst memories, anygoid memories were me being a kid and having friends, butnthe bad were associated with the actual living spaces. Gigantic roaches everywhere, in every apartment I was in, the staff were very hostile and cussed out anybody needing help or services. Apoximately 10 years ago there was a woman strangled to death INSIDE the complex, two neighbors of mine were pot heads (not that I'm entirely against it) and two others were heroine junkies, and I knew if several cocaine addicts. All around I would stay homeless before I moved into this complex if you have kids. As a kid I remember opening our blinds and seeing a man outside the window smile at me with a knife in hand. This place isn't safe, sanitary, effective, amd should definitely not be approved by any health standards, and to top it off, it's nearly the worst side of town you can be on for that area. Look into Saginaw or lake worth area for good prices, quality buildings, and a livable SAFE environment
