I left a bag of groceries at the store came back with my receipt and they still had my stuff and were very happy to assist me I thought I left the bag in my grocery cart even the cart guy outside was very helpful and courteous to me I thank your staff very much for the good treatment it's also a neighborhood store close to my house so I'll be shopping at your store quite often.

Everything is very good, the only bad thing is that they open very late, many of us come in early and with the cold weather people crave a warm champurrado or atole, they should consider it.

Good prices excellent service good variety of products from Mexico and fruits and the pork chicharrones are fantastic, pan mexicano y buenas comidas preparadas.

Went for the pan dulce. Most of it had a buttery after taste. I'm not used to that so I don't think I'll be going back. The pan was fresh though and the piggie cookie was good

Great place. Easy parking, large selection, low prices. Breakfast taco plate for $5 looks like a good deal.

I love coming to the ranchito, my favorite store because everyone is very friendly but you just run into the CASHIER MANAGER AND SHE IS RUDE SHE IS THE ONE WHO SHOULD SET AN EXAMPLE BUT TREAT PEOPLE VERY BADLY SHE IS A DESPOT!

For me it is the best store and I find what I am looking for and they always have specials and what I am looking for

Very bad service, a bad experience. I ordered a cake of one flavor and they gave it to me of another flavor.

First time I ever shopped in El Rancho. I was surpised to find that they are owed by Randalls. Im not sure if it was because it was New Years Eve afternoon or what but this store was so busy that it was impossible to get down the main isle across the front. The shelving on the product isles was so close together that two carts could barely pass and there were massive out of stocks all over the place.we especially in areas that would be popular for the holiday. It seems to be a store that is trying to compete with Fiesta. Honestly they have a long way to go to be any real competition. Ill try a different store somewhere along the way but i wasnt impressed with this visit at all.

I went to this location today to pay oportun so i had to make change
standing in line to pay for a cold drink the guy started to ring up other items that wasn't even mine so im looking at the screen to make sure he didn't try to charge for something that wasn't mine he going off by the mouth talking stupidity so i went off on him and the Manger sad just like the workers be careful because they will try to double charge you or have you paying for something that's not yours pay close attention when shopping at this store bad customers service employees with bad attitudes

Not a bad store. When it comes to fresh produce and the meat market they are great. I would reframe from the frozen stuff as it tends to be on the more expensive side and I purchased something that tasted awful like it had been on the shelf for a while.

Employees are great and helpful and they have some good choices.

Everything is good in the store.but but but the lady's in the cosina are rude is like they working without getting paid soooo rude.

I always buy there but this week I went I forgot a bag of sugar and the cashier didn't even notice
