El Rancho Supermercado, Katy TX

I like this store, it's just very small. Prices for international foods are cheaper than American foods. Can find great deals if you shop the sales ads. The bakery items are always fresh.

Worst costumer service at the meat department on both employees i guess the girl is cuban and the "manager" both need training on costumer service i will be calling corporate to make a complaint smh

It’s a great place to shop the only things that ruins it is the meat. The meat is a hit or miss. I’ve had times where the meat is fresh and last awhile, or I walk out with expired meat or it expires the next one or two days. Once I came back to exchange the bad meat for newer meat and still walked out with expired meat. Recommend smelling the meat before you buy it.

Stopped because it was the only open grocery on Thanksgiving evening. The store was smaller than I thought it was but it had what I wanted and the cashier was quick and polite. I noticed alot of products that I've only seen in Mexico and not in local stores.

Great place to grab local groceries you might need without running out to a crazy busy chain store. Great selection, fresh produce, and great pricing. The staff are super nice and friendly.

WTH is wrong with the lady serving at the food court. We came 10/23/23 at 5: 00 pm. She was super rude, me and my family came to eat some tacos. When we got our food and I got an agua de fresa and she didn’t even closed de lid properly so I spilled some. When we sat down people were coming to eat too and she wasn’t interested in serving. I say if you don’t wanna work then freaking quit. I hope this place does something about it.

I bought fruit tray for a pool party I am going to. It has melon, pineapple, grapes, and watermelon. It looks delicious and was fully packed. I think it will be a hit.

What I don't like is that there was a sign that say 10 lemons for 1 dollar it never say that after 10 they will charge 16cents for each. That's what the cashier say and she is the one in charge of the store so I tell her then I don't want them. I will took them but I hate if they have a sign that is for that amount they need to respect the sign.

Reasonable prices. A wide variety of Hispanic and American products. Clean facilities and sanitary rooms. Excellent attention.

VERY DISAPPOINTED TODAY WEDNESDAY AUGUST 9, AT FRY RD Y MORTON SUPERMARKET RANCHO IN KATY TX.
I BUY A BEEF STOCK AND A LEMON WATER, AND UNFORTUNATELY THE BEEF STOCK WAS HORRIBLE, EVEN THOUGH I ASKED THE LADY WHO WAS ATTENDING IF THE BEEF STOCK WAS MADE TODAY AND SHE ANSWERED YES, I DON'T BELIEVE IT, IT WAS TALLY, SOUR TASTED AND THE RICE COMPLETELY STIFF, I GOT SICK I HAVE DIARRHEA THAT BROTH GOD KNOWS HOW MANY DAYS OLD IT IS! I'M SURE THAT THEY STILL HAVE IT FOR SALE TOMORROW I WOULD NOT BE SURPRISED AND I'M GOING TO CHECK AND IF POSSIBLE I'LL TAKE PHOTOS SO THEY SEE THAT I'M NOT LIEING! ! THAT THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT THE HEALTH OF THE COSTUMERS IF THEY ONLY CARE ABOUT MAKING $$$$$ MONEY ANYWAY!

The people here are super super friendly and honest, the person with the cameras and the store manager is super friendly, the attention is very good, I dropped my money and a person who looked at it collected my money and gave it I asked if he had picked it up, he said no and I looked at him, he crouched down, he was not going to make a report to the police but look, the people in the store supported me, I did it a person from the Chamber is not super friendly, it is not money, it is that one should be honest and the policeman came and went to the person's house and gave me the money back

I went to "El Rancho Supermercado" today and used the restroom and they were very clean and nice

It is a good store with good quality things and with the heat of our land I recommend it but
