El Rancho Supermercado, Garland TX

At first I was so excited that they had open an El Rancho near my home. Since they've opened, I've been here at least a dozen times and today was a very disappointing visit. I ordered chicharrones/pork skins and crumbling cheese from the fresh meat/cheese market area. The cheese was hard, salty and stale tasting. The pork skins were chewy and stale. I will only return to buy corn tortillas in an emergency, otherwise I will do the rest of my shopping at the store on Coit and Spring valley.

If you want real down home Mexican food, you must try here. What's more better than shopping and eating?

Neighborhood Hispanic Supermarket. Prices are good and the price of beef was really good. I felt a bit awkward at first because I don't speak Spanish and everything is written in Spanish, but people were helpful and friendly (Staff and other customers) and made sure I found things. I will definitely shop here regularly.

Good place to go for a shopping they have a kinds of stuff mostly Hispanic food and u could tell by the name but if you're looking for a place to shop and find variety COME HERE?

When I'm in Dallas, I always stop by El Rancho in Garland. This is the best place around for Fajita Marinada. It's always tender and marinaded, on top of being on sale. I highly recommend it.

Omg, their fajita marinada is the best! And most weeks it's on sale for cheaper than other Mexican Supermercados.

Great prices and clean. They have really come up from what i remember. Its nice to keep these types of stores.

I would have given this place a higher rating because the El Rancho Supermarket close to me has it better standards than this one does management had a shity attitude nobody that I asked where a certain thing was can tell me where I can find it

It was alright, though I felt that I did not get the service that I would've gotten had I been Spanish, I did not feel very welcome.

Good selection of Latin products. They lack organization and is constantly smelling like the food is rotting. How the product/displays are organized makes it hard to move around the aisles. Better choices close by.

Asked boy what aisle dog food was on & he said he didn't think they had dog food. He was young but worked there so he should have asked another employee.

Compact Supermarket but have alot and varieties products to choose, fruit and vegetables ofter on sale lower price on Thursday and Friday

Great customer service, find good deals on the products that I use every day, and is always clean in and out the store.

They had every thing I needed an more for a quick trip to the store I Will b going back there many more times.it was very clean

I think if y'all give us, costumers the chance to ask questions y'all should take the time and answer them; also the costumer service is horrible.

Some fruits can be old or have bugs. Dont get the bolillo bread in the glass box or doughnuts it always has flies. Management are rude but the employees are usually nice

They don't have costumer service. They don't care about their costumers. I went there two times, I asked help but no one helps me there.

This place is great but I give it only 4 stars because it's small and always very busy. The marinated fajita chicken and beef is the best I've tasted, even better than La Michiocana.
