Memory care extremely understaffed. Had a lot of difficulty even getting someone to answer the phone. We spent a lot of money moving my mother to this location, only to have to move her within three months due to neglect.

Amazing community with caring staff and fantastic leadership! 10/10 would recommend to any prospective move in looking for a special place for mom or dad

Interesting that "owners" make comments on positive reviews but ignore negative ones. Shows they do "ignore".

The professionalism and love that shines from the staff is unmatched. I came on full time as activity director in 2021 and have been so proud to call this place my work! The care team and management are resident focused and prioritize quality care. Highly recommend Elan as a place to work or a place to live!

After looking for a memory care place for my older brother we decided on Elan. It was more than the right decision. The facility is well kept and the staff is exceptional and well trained. But the best thing is the care my brother receives. Even with the ups and downs with dementia he is happy and deep down knows he if safe and wants to be there.

I can't say enough about Elan! They have been a tremendous blessing to us. My dad has been in two other memory care facilities in our area and I've been so dissatisfied with the level of care and professionalism at those two locations. Since moving him to Elan, I no longer worry that he is receiving what he needs to live the best life he can with dignity and respect. Elan has given me peace of mind, and I know that they genuinely have his best interest at heart. The facility is beautiful, well maintained, and residents are very well cared for. If you are looking for a place to partner with you in caring for your loved one, please call Elan. You will be so glad you did!

My dad was moving here from DFW to be closer to our family, but needed assistance that I could not provide him during the day. I searched for the right place and when I came upon Elan, they were a saving grace! From the minute I made the first call to them, to this very day, the care and concern they have for everyone in their establishment has not changed. D'Lyn and Dixie have two of the biggest hearts and do everything they can to make sure your experience is top notch as they really understand the struggles involved with a transition like this. They go above and beyond! This place and all of the staff are truly amazing and I thank God for them everyday. I couldn't have made this transition work for our family without them! My dad LOVES it too which is so important! If you are searching for the right place for your loved one, I would look no further! Elan is AMAZING!

Beautiful place but the staff and caregivers are very rude, hostile and unprofessional! I have witnessed and seen the caregivers from Cottage that work at Elan ignore residents when they request the smallest of things to be done for them. I have heard profanity being yelled out loudly towards eachother as if it was a normal way to speak at a place of employment. The caregivers yelled at me and the Resident I work for simply because he grabbed himself something to drink. I made several reports to the manager and others above the caregivers and my complaints were ignored. These are the type of workers that care for your family people. Shame on them. DO BETTER!

Excited to see a fresh and contemporary community in Corpus Christi with vibrant programs and activities for all residents with the ability for someone with memory care needs to live and thrive in a cheerful positive place with professionals who truly care each and every day for the residents.

My mom was one of the first residents here at Elan. We have been extremely happy with the wonderful care that mom has received. The staff is very knowledgeable, kind, and loving. Mom loves her new home and is very comfortable here. We feel so blessed to have her in a place where she is safe, well-cared for, and loved. She participates in a variety of activities daily that are designed specifically with memory care patients in mind. I highly recommend Elan and have only praiseworthy things to say concerning the care she receives here.

I moved my mother into their memory care unit from another assisted living facility. I could not believe the difference Elan made for my mom. The staff is fantastic and their programs not only seemed to make mom happier but she seemed to improve slightly. I wish I could give more than 5 stars because these guys are AWESOME!
