While on a four-month RV trip, Elder Ram/Jeep fit us in for a LOF & tire rotation on our 2020 Ram diesel. Our Service Advisor was Chance Burleson & he set a new high standard for service excellence. We had a small bump in the road & Chance was all over it by going above & beyond my expectations. I recommend the Service Dept at Elder Ram without reservation, thanks to Chance.

I have to say that when I go to Athens Dodge to change my oil, the thing I most look forward to (besides having my car done) is the pleasant conversation and friendliness that Pam provides. She has the biggest smile and attitude every time. Great dealer overall to work with.

The sales manager hung up the phone on me after I told her I got a higher offer. It was so disrespectful and rude I thought about calling her back however I will leave this review publicly. It’s crazy I just got off the phone 60 seconds ago with a dealership out of Tyler and they were beyond nice even though they cannot beat my current offer.

This dealership is the most sketchy! We’re going to charge me double for axel bearings then local mechanics but then when took it to the mechanic they said axle bearings were perfectly fine and it was just a slight bent rotor on the breaks causing the noise! BE AWARE OF THIS DEALERSHIP!

They INCREASED price 5000 ABOVE sticker price and says it's a "market adjustment". Can you say price gouging? ! Not sure if legal but i will be reaching out to Texas AG.

Did some repair work on turbo boost hose and valve stem extensions. Don faster than expected. Customer service by Chance was awesome. He help answer many questions on my 3500 Ram truck. This place is a keeper for future service.

I didn't want to even give 1 star. Please do not take your vehicle here to be serviced. I took mine and now I don't have a car. I decided to just pay them the service fee and not have them fix it due to being overpriced and after paying the service fee they had my car towed before I could come pick it up. They said it was there too long when we were just up there trying to pick it up but had to go get a battery and when I came back it was gone.then they stopped responding to me when I tried getting in contact with them about my car.

I bought 2 Jeeps from Elder in the last 3 years. Ashton Elder sold both to me. Straight up dealing. No BS. I like that. I am satisfied that I got the best deal I could have gotten. Nice friendly atmosphere. Traveled 140 miles to trade with them.

Lousy service overspray on black plastic of tailgate from bedliner spray and they missed a spot on the top corner of the tailgate never been really happy with their service it was done through the body shop and they used Elder for the repair work

Needed an inspection for my insurance company after replacing an engine and they were happy to help. Was a huge help and very courteous.

Service did a good job investigating the problems we were experiencing. The parts ordered came quickly and they were completed with repairs on time.

James was my service advisor and he was amazing! He took care of Jeep and dealt with the warranty people to get me a rental and kept me informed of everything that was going on with my vehicle! Great job! I will make the drive from Palestine to Athens to have any service on my vehicle now!

Bought my first car from here. The owner of the place is very rude and two faced. Would not recommend buying anything here or having any services done. I-20 Dodge in Canton is a much better dealership to do business with.
