Eldridge Family Clinic, Houston TX

I came at 4 PM, waited 20 mins after knocking loudly twice, and was told that they were no longer doing COVID tests since lab pickups were at 4 PM. The hours of operation are until 5 PM and the website and receptionist should’ve told me this instead of wasting my time. Do not recommend.

I needed to get COVID testing done for my son. I tried several places but it wasn't easy. When I called Eldridge Family Care, they were able to accommodate us very quickly. Staff was really nice, knowledgeable and courteous. I was able get my COVID rapid results very quickly (~15 minutes). I would highly recommend this place.

Very poor service. My appointment was 10: 50. And I came at 10: 35 to finish quickly. But I waited more than one hour. The worst thing is that, two patients saw the doctor before me although their appointments were after 11.
This is the last time I deal with this poor clinic.

It took three hours to get a physical and some blood work done on top of it taking a week to get blood results back, I highly recommend you choose somewhere else to go get medical exams done

Crooks. I needed a COVID test to attend a conference. My sister, who is uninsured, was charged $120 for a quick result PCR test. When I told them I had insurance, I was told I would have to pay $175 since I did not have my insurance card. When I finally was able to email my card, I didn't have to pay anything, but my insurance was billed **$450! My test was positive when I was not remotely sick nor exposed to anyone who was. My sister was negative, and we live in the same house! I went to ADX Labs the very next day, and my test was NEGATIVE! Beware. These people are dishonest and are crooks.

My friend recommended this clinic to me and everything she said was on point. Very friendly and respectable staff. I saw that they go the extra mile for everyone which tells me that they really care about their patients. I also recommended this place to my family and other friends and they all said the same thing too. The fact that they are this consistent definitely deserve for an outstanding review!

Every time I go and get tested it is always fast and simple! The staff are so kind and professional! I highly recommend! Thank you guys for all you do ️

Eldridge family clinic is absolutely a joke For calling themselves "urgent" care they are disorganized, unprofessional, and dishonest. I think is better for everyone to have own Primary care Physician as long as you do have an Insurance to cover you.do not waist time go back there.

I was referred here by a friend and thankfully she did because they are just incredible! Very friendly, responsive, and caring staff. I live far from this clinic but my kids and I will make the effort to drive all the way there because that’s how respectable they are. The other clinics near my home is not even close to their level. A clinic that can take great care of my kids and I definitely deserves a SUPER review! I wish there is more like them near our home

Quick and fast covid testing. Proved negative but experience was positive. Don't forget your masks, they require it

All the staff members were so sincere and beyond the expectation! Excellent customer service and caring for patients.  My experience with the clinic was very impressive.  Thank you very much for your dedicated service!

Bait and switch by the front desk receptionist. Told by staff (they called me multiple times) to come there instead of the ER only to be “referred” to the ER.

I miss doctor Narang. I can't even get my medication in a timely manner anymore. Just being honest. Thanks for not caring.

Long wait to get results back from rapid test. Complete lack of communication.

I requested the covid antibody and antigen tests, and the HCP did not listen and gave me two different antigen tests instead via nasal swab. When queried, I was told I should have known to tell her that I was required to give blood for the antibody test (rather than staff knowing themselves).

Disappointing.

They were friendly, fast, and efficient. The time and day I came was not busy, so I didn’t wait long at all. I also have no health ins right now and the COVID test was completely free.

Update: paid for the rapid test was supposed to get email in 20 min. Never got the email and now they are closed for the day. Unprofessional.

Spoke directly about getting Covid test and till what time they available. Lady on the phone said till 5p. I get there at 410p and they stop doing Covid test at 4p drove here for nothing. Thanks

The service was excellent the worker was very nice and patient and explained everything to me and it was very appreciated thank you all I recommend you go there to get tested
