Amazing service from the initial conversation with flooring help to delivery and making it as affordable as possible. Andrea was great to work with. With shipping they saved us around $1300 when compared to buying locally in Iowa. Kept us informed the whole way.

We had the best customer experience with Elegant Flooring! I’m not one to write reviews typically but found it necessary due to the exceptional process. We live in a different state and wanted to extend some of our flooring but the type of flooring was on back order near us and we reached out to Elegant Flooring and they helped us every step of the way. They maintained open and very good communication when they sent us a sample as well as the full shipment of our flooring. There happened to be a few big snowstorms in Texas and across the US during the process and they still maintained great communication. I would highly recommend this company!

This was the second home we used the Portercraft flooring. We love it. Had a problem with damage by the freight company but Andrea pursued the claim and got it paid. Will certainly them again.

Helpful from the start. Knew exactly what our older floor we wanted to continue into other parts of the house. Found what was still available and was available anytime we need their help. Would go back to them again for my flooring needs.

Elegant Floor is an awesome vendor. We happened upon Elegant Flooring while internet shopping for our new flooring. We found flooring we loved locally but want to price shop. I am glad we did! I called and Andrea answered all of our questions. She is an expert! Elegant beat the socks off our local price! And this included shipping direct to our house (Texas to Tennessee)! She even expedited a sample from the order lot, just to make sure it was the color we wanted. How is that for service!

I highly recommend this company. I submitted a request from their website for a quote for engineering wood planks. I was promptly contacted by Andrea who was courteous and knowledgeable. She was able to provide me quickly a price and placing and paying for the order was easy. I mentioned that I would be driving from Austin to Fort Worth to pick up the boxes. Andrea stated she had connection where the boxes could be delivered to in Austin no shipping costs. Andrea was in constant communication updating me and within a few days the boxes arrived and the planks were beautiful. Although this company is not located in Austin, I feel very comfortable working with Andrea long distance as she not only gives impeccable customer service, she can provide me with a variety of quality selections from different manufacturers at best prices which I cannot find in any of the local box stores.

I can't say enough good things about their outstanding customer service. I found flooring I liked from a different company in OK. After doing a search i found the same flooring for considerably less from Elegant in TX. They shipped ASAP. I had one damaged piece, shippers fault and no problem they quickly sent a replacement to me and I received it in just a few days. This has been a great experience! I found a floor that I loved and got a quote from someone else that broke my budget. Found Andrea online and it has been like working with an old friend!
