I have used Elegant for years and they have never disappointed! From fiesta parties, wine tours, birthday parties, and/or not wanting to drive on date night Elegant is our first choice. Give them a call and let them know the occasion and they will put you in the right vehicle. Every driver we have had has been professional and they always add to the fun of our night or get us as close as they can to our drop off location to prevent us from walking. I am so glad we used Elegant years ago and have been able to enjoy them over the years and watch them grow. Grabbing a vehicle or driver is a lot cheaper than a DWI! Thank you Elegant!

We had a wonderful experience with Elegant Tours. We rented the Mercedes Sprinter Limo, would recommend this! They were quick to respond with any questions we had and helped setup reservations for the day. That was a plus. The staff we spoke to and helped us were great! We can’t wait to book our next tour!

We changed the venue and time for one of the weddings and Bob worked with us to accommodate our needs. He was extremely professional, friendly and patient with our changes. We just went on a girls trip to Fredericksburg and used Elegant for transportation. We booked the 12 passenger Limo Sprinter and I highly recommend this company. The shuttle showed up on time, our driver (Bruce) was very professional and so kind, and our point of contact (Teryn Mery) provided the best customer service before and after our trip. She even gave us great winery and wine recommendations! I will definitely use them again and recommend their services if you're looking for a fun and safe ride!

This past weekend we rented a charter from Elegant Limousine and had a great experience. Super easy to work with, new/ clean/ comfortable bus, and the driver Rocky was awesome! Strongly recommend using them for a tour through the Texas Hill Country wineries!

FABULOUS! My family enjoyed a wonderful excursion on Saturday with a visit to Fredericksburg, followed with tours of Signor winery and Aldstadt brewery. Our driver, Johnny M, was delightful - courteous, friendly, and accommodating - and most importantly - a very safe driver. Teryn was exceptionally helpful with the pre-planning and coordination - easing all stress with the arrangements.

The Drivers from this operation are a danger to the driving public. They will run you off the road. If you call their office and report your concerns they are belligerent and dismissive of just how dangerous their drivers truly are. You need to know this before you ever consider boarding any of their vehicles. If you see them on the road or freeway get as far away from their ‘Elegant’ vehicles as you can. There is nothing elegant about threatening someone else’s life with their aggressive and reckless driving. Bad drivers with bad management, nothing Elegant about that. We rented a limo this Saturday for my daughters quinceanera. It was an awesome experience! Our driver, John Rodriguez, was very professional and courteous. Everyone from booking to the whole ride was top notch. Thank you!

My company recently utilized Elegant Limousine for a Saturday evening Holiday event. From the onset with communication and preplanning leading up to the event date; the service was GREAT. The Chauffer's that operated our 2 charted buses were fantastic. I highly recommend Elegant, as you would not be dissatisfied.

Unfortunately I cannot recommend this company. We were given a preliminary proposed itinerary via email, but later had to adjust our timing by 45 minutes. We never received an updated itinerary but were told our appointments with wineries were being updated. We only had an appointment with the first winery and the other two didn’t seem to know we were coming. This didn’t bother us at the time because we knew we would need to make decisions as we went. Before our last stop I asked what time we needed to be back on the bus, but was told by our driver “not to worry about it. ” I realize this is an hourly service, but when I expressed my discontent with our charge being so much higher than initially quoted, I was told that the driver will never rush you. However there is a difference between not rushing us and not answering a specific question. If you are wanting to do a wine tour I would go with a tour company, in fact I was told that we should have booked our tour company if I wanted someone to keep us on time when I spoke with them over the phone.

The staff at Elegant was superb - from the rental to the pick up and the whole drive in the limo. I rented the Hummer limo for my wife's birthday. We cruised for 4 hours before heading to a concert in Austin. The driver was respectful and professional throughout. We will definitely rent from them again.

Elegant Limousine was first-class from start to finish! I planned a 13-person trip to the TX Hill Country to visit wineries and wildseed farms and the 14-person Limo bus we rented was perfect so we could easily visit while Frank, the driver from Elegant, took care of all the driving. Teryn Mery from Elegant helped in all the details, including calling the wineries and restaurants to be sure they allowed our size van in the parking lot. I highly recommend them!

Just had one of their drivers come within an inch of hitting my car when trying to merge at a red light. No blinker, no nothing! Sped up on the side of me in a black suburban and without hesitation, cut me off without even fully passing me, causing me to swerve and almost hit another car. Absolutely ridiculous to have drivers on their staff with such disregard for others on the road! Called and filed a formal complaint on whoever was driving their #54 Suburban. Hopefully some action will be taken, but I guess we’ll never know. Maybe when this driver gets in a wreck, if he or she hasn’t already, they’ll take complaints like this seriously.

Paid Krystal Limousine $700, month's in advance, for them to CANCEL ON ME 3 hours before the event. We spent about an hour looking for a limousine, and we finally came across Elegant L & C. I called saying I needed a white hummer for 3: 30, the lady said okay, ask some for some info, and at 3: 00, the limo was pulling up. THANK YOU FOR SAVING THE DAY!
