We enjoyed our stay. Very nice hotel. It was clean. The rooms are spacious. The breakfast was pretty decent. I did have to wait a loooong while for bacon. But, I really wanted some so it didn't matter. I will stay again.

Location is great, lots of restaurants in the same plaza. I enjoyed how there was free breakfast and the options were good.the room was a good size but some of the cabinets wood was peeling and the stains on the chairs were gross.there is a weird smell in the hallways

Best part about this place is the location. Comfy bed. Shower is amazing. Mini kitchen. The only weird thing was they had to get me ice.

First don’t assume all locations are the same Las Colinas is top notch compared to this location it’s rundown and not taken care of stains on the cloth blinds iron stains on the bed linen upon walking in the main entrance the blinds are even wrinkled the bathe room light and fan in the room turn on simultaneously and sounds like a faulty engine dents in the stainless refrigerator and I guess they do not get their bed mattress from the same vendor this was the hardest bed I have ever slept on it is evident that they do not maintain the upkeep at this location. Bathroom vanity is must of had a leak at some point bc the wood is separating below the sink lastly loud music all night long into the morning on our floor check out is at noon but housekeeping knocks at 930am the epitome of what one may expect at a motel 6 just horrible not worth $208 for the night not even close the saying you get what you pay for is not even factual in this case worse anniversary stay ever

The first room wasn't up to standard and was moved to another one and it was so much better, the sleeping quarters was separate from the rest of the suite. Daily breakfast was always appetizing and coffee, hot and fresh. Great place and all the employees were very nice and helpful.

We stayed here over a month ago, my husband was here for work for a month plus, we LOVED this hotel, it's staff, everything. The lobby area was so kid friendly unlike any hotel we've ever been to! We had so much fun! Rooms were great and clean and service was spectacular! Thank y'all!

I check out in this hotel a week ago and forgot my wedding band. I called after a week but to my surprise they did not found anything. It seems like tgey have the worst housekeeping for not to surrender to lost and found.

Run down, feels like a hostel, minimal food items for purchase when checking in late at night

Was booked here for business but this hotel is clean, convenient, and quiet. They have a happy hour and the rooms are spacious. I had a king suite and I could literally live there if need be.

Horrible customer service,
Arrived at 2am with 9 people and got room keys at 2: 47 am, Completely dissatisfied.

After multiple flight cancellations due to the ice storm, this hotel and Judy at the front desk were so helpful and made a bad situation much better. They let me have a late checkout so I wasn't stuck at the airport all day. The room was great and spacious. Definitely recommend if you need a hotel near DFW.

Hotels have one job.get you a good night sleep.and unfortunately this one didn't handle that the greatest. We heard people in the hall most of the night and it was so loud, it felt like they were in our room. Also, and this is common at most hotels, there's still a fair bit of light on the room when trying to sleep.
As an additional tip, book your shuttle the moment you arrive at your gate and also 20-30 before you need to be at the airport. We waited for 40 minutes before the shuttle showed up when we arrived and now I'm writing this as i wait for the shuttle that is 15 late already.
Positives: room doesn't smell like cleaning products.kitchen, gym was a huge plus. TV big and sounds good, but hard to use.

The room was clean and had everything I needed for 5 days, but you can hear everything from the hall, other rooms, and the traffic outside. It was very, very hard to sleep each night. Either tractor trailers were idling outside, horns blowing, loud engines, or there were guests screaming in the room across the hall, or the people upstairs were stomping around all night and dragging suitcases all around the floor for hours. Great amenities including a gym on the first floor away from the rooms, and an airport shuttle, but good luck trying to get any decent sleep. All of the people working here were very nice, I just wish the rooms could have been more soundproofed.

Best hotel very clean nice a polite workers slept like a baby I have nothing to complain about my stay here
