Absolutely wonderful hotel stay! The family loves the modern decor and the amenities. They have a free breakfast, a pool and lounge area. The is location is very close to the freeway so you can get to your destination quickly. Fortunately there are restaurants within walking distance from the hotel. The overall design of this hotel is elegant and makes you want to remodel your own home

Very clean. Rooms were geared towards longterm stay, which, in my opinion is great because you have a full size fridge and you aren't cramped up in a tiny hotel room. Easy access to the freeway and major roads without being loud and TOO close. Will stay again

Dead roach in the shower. Previous guests items still in the fridge. Basic continental breakfast. It's quiet, great location. H. E. B a few blocks over.

Close to restaurants, etc, but our car got broken into (shattered window even under a bright street light). Staff didn't seem surprised in the least. Noticed other broken glass in the lot the next day. Nothing was able to be done about it, just filed a police report.

Even though it looks like a relatively safe / occupied area, the parking lot butts up against a large open area where people can easily go unnoticed. Clearly, since many others have been stolen from as well.

They even have a lot of signs up about not being responsible for stolen items, so it must happen all the time. This was a year ago for me, but other recent reviews are describing a similar experience.

If I can give this location a -5 stars, I would. They are inconsistent, inconsiderate, dirty and raggedy. The room was filthy, and when I complained about the room, the manager and asst overlook my messages that I sent and choose to ignore I would never stay at the hotel again, Marriott should be ashamed of themselves.

This is one of the worst experiences I’ve had at a hotel. My catalytic converter was stolen overnight. The police came to write a report & informed me that it happens ALL THE TIME. I simply asked the hotel to refund the last of my 4 night stay, that I’m not comfortable coming back due to safety issues. They refused. The GM was rude & condescending. He asked me if I suffered any personal injury! I missed meetings all morning trying to deal with this. The GM suggested I Uber to work. I am beyond frustrated. BEWARE… do not stay here. Straight from the mouth of the Harris County Sheriff that made my report.

Not a fan. I'm Hilton Diamond and on the road 15-25 nights a month.we stayed here ONLY due to their location in the Vintage area, but honestly is this is the best Marriot can do o=at an upscale property, I'll stick with Hilton. TV isnt working. Front Desk Manager came up.still not working.asked for them to come back, and they said no it was workign when they left. They suggested another room, but sisnt have another swuite available (Really? Put me in a nother room because you can't fix the TV? Are you like not gonna fix the TV for the next guest in that room.makes no sense). AC is SLOW to cool.been an hour and temperature hasn't moved. Front desk clerk just left saying oh well, you'll just have to change rooms. YMMV, but I'd stay away.

Our flight was delayed a bit which resulted in us checking into our hotel after midnight. As a result, we were charged for a no-show and had to book again at the desk which resulted us being double charged by the hotel. Once we finally got our room, we saw large cockroaches in the bathroom. Had to request to be swapped out for a more 'cleaner' room. The entire 4th floor of the hotel smelled like wet carpet. Will not repeat stay.

Extremely disappointed in this hotel, and the poor service we received negatively impacted a very important date weekend we had planned.

We stayed here before and were impressed with this place. For our date weekend, we specifically wanted a hotel with a nice outdoor pool and outdoor area. This was our main reason for booking this hotel for our weekend.

When we got to the hotel, to our shock, the pool was CLOSED. There was no notice of this on the website. Nobody had tried to contact us about this change. The customer service received in regards to this was to be told there was nothing they could do. This was a huge disappointment to our plans, and we will likely not be back to this location.

Phenomenal hotel.
Staff is excellent, service is great. Rooms were extremely clean. The hotel is located in a nice area and is literally in walking distance of vintage park where there is an abundance of restaurants and stores. I will definitely stay here again next time I'm in the area.

I had a great time, breakfast was great, we had a little problem the door wouldn't stay locked but the manager got right on top of it.

Great people at this location! Orlando is the best! Very convenient location and spacious rooms with many thoughtful touches. Love the shower only bathroom.

Rooms were actually really good. The location is kind of hidden but, very nice hotel. Price was pretty good too.

I will never stay here again. While the staff was very kind there was mold on the wall and it was not clean and while they kindly
moved us, the second room was just as bad. The second room was also dusty and there was a pair of wet boxers in the room. I was extremely grossed out and frustrated

Warning, skip right over…. Upon arrival everything looked alright in the lobby. Get my keys go to the elevator. Looks normal. Elevator stops opens door get off Hallway disgusting. Full of trash. Smell of wet dog was almost unbearable. Get to my room after walking a mile, keys don’t work. Had to walk another mile down the hallway go to desk and get another key. Get back open the room door, the smell of mildew is so strong I was honestly scared to breathe. The sheets looked as if someone was already laying in the bed. Got towels from front desk and they were dirty. The breakfast was absolute trash.do not even waste your time staying here

My vehicle and others were vandalized, had catalytic converters cut off, and had hidden items stolen out of them. There are no cameras in the parking lot. The front desk staff knew exactly who to call for some reason. Absolutely do not stay here, for even one night.
