It seemed like a long journey although it really wasn’t (I’m not the most patient.person with giving my body time). Well worth it as the results were amazing! Dr Munoz is very intuitive, a great listener & worked through the issues to get me back doing all that I love!

I had been dealing with a right shoulder injury which occurred during lifting and had persisted for months. After a primary care doctor's visit, I was referred to both an orthopedic surgeon for an MRI and possible surgery as well as physical rehabilitation therapy. The quote, with insurance, for the physical therapy was astronomical and a friend of mine recommended Element Sports and Injury.

Faced with the prospect of either surgery and/or financially debilitating physical therapy bills, I decided to give Element Sports and Injury a try. After just a few sessions with Dr. Munoz at Element, I'm ecstatic to report that my shoulder feels 100% as well as other niggling aches and pains from lingering soreness and issues are completely gone. I couldn't recommend Element Sports and Injury more. They're professional, knowledgeable, and most importantly, effective at what they do.

I suffered an ankle sprain about 1 year ago none of what I did work but after just a few weeks in treatment I could feel my pain getting better and I could start to play and train regularly after months I couldn't have done any of that, the treatment is still up but I greatly recommend this place for a any injury you have suffered the sooner the better and if is here the best.

I had severe back pain for over a month. There was nothing structurally wrong (so no broken bones, pinched nerves, or anything like that). I had difficulty walking without pain, bending, lifting, stretching, standing for long, etc. I came to see Dr. Muñoz. He gave me an adjusted and worked on my muscles. After the very first visit, I was already feeling 70% better that day! I could walk, climb up stairs and more! I still have some pain and need follow up sessions because I have severe muscle spasms. But I am so grateful and thankful to have found him.

Dr. Munoz and Liz are great! I found Dr. Munoz after seeking care from other professionals and specialists for 6+ months and never received any relief. After my first appointment with Dr. Munoz he was able to diagnose the issue and set up a recovery plan. It was somewhat lengthy and aggressive starting with 3 appointments a week but it was so worth it to gain relief from a bulged disc in my neck that was causing chronic pain. Patience and trusting the process is so important and I am night and day different in how I feel today versus my first appointment. He also opened my world to dry needling and WOW, it’s a complete game changer and offers immediate relief for tight muscles. If you are in pain or just an athlete or active person, I highly recommend giving him a shot and scheduling an appointment with him to aid in recovery and just overall wellness.
