Catherine is outstanding at her craft, and office staff are always pleasant and welcoming. Excellent place to unwind after a long week at work.

Great spot for a massage. Josh is really cool and knows how to help athletes. Everyone here seems very sweet. When we went in the made us feel comfortable and welcome.

All the therapists here are phenomenal. Different techniques from each of them just makes my session much more unique. Love getting my massages here

Front desk is always helpful and pleasant and they were able to help me figure out why my card didn't work this last time. Definitely would recommend and will be bringing my girlfriend with me in November for her birthday!

Reid has the hands of a God! I came in with knots and pain between my shoulders and I left feeling relaxed, painless, and with my range of motion increased. I even signed up for the membership and booked my next appointment with him. Definitely keep this Muscle Magician on the roster!

Nigel in Colleyville is the best! So glad I found Elements and him! He is great at identifying what needs to be worked on. He is extremely professional. He also gives me tips on what stretches to do inbetween my sessions every 3-4 weeks. I have been able to tolerate my desk job so much better with his help. The office staff is also very helpful and willing to assist when you call - never rude or in a hurry.

I was given a gift card for my first massage here. The massage was great and very helpful. I would say though that I felt very rushed at this appointment. My gift card was meant for an hour long massage however I was undressed at 4: 05 and my massage ended at 4: 44.
