Elements Massage West Plano reviews
30Elements does a good job accommodating customers. I was unhappy about something and the owner personally called me. Very clean and I like all the therapists. Always a good experience.
Deana was very thorough in her walking me through every service she would perform, instructed me well throughout the session, listened to my problem areas, and gave the most comprehensive and soothing massage I've ever received. I have extreme areas that need more than a one time visit and she made the very most out of our time, and also provided some stretches afterwards that were specific to my problem areas. This girl has some strength and really dug in deep, like I requested.
I have a back pain for Year. I had a bad habit to put my backpack on one shoulder and it's kill my shoulder. So, I came to Elements Massage and I found what I need. Deep tissue massage by Chad. He was great! You can see that he know what he is doing. I enjoyed so much, I will came back for sure:)
The staff was very courteous and engaging. The environment was clean and relaxing, and the massage with Sally was AWESOME!
We were once members but soon found out massages were way overpriced so we cancelled the monthly enrollment. I recently bought a gift certigicste for two 90 minute massages because it made the price realistic. One massage went fine, but the second they had a therapist call in so they cancelled it hours before the time. I was nice at the time and rescheduled my husbands masssge. However, because it was rescheduled I didn’t remember the new date. My husband was ill and did not make it, he did not feel ill until the end of his day. So BEWARE here’s where the “company policy” kicks in. Massage is wasted. It’s ok for them to have issues but no understanding if you do. Plenty of other places to spend your money. Choose a company who can do the right thing, especially when they created the problem on a reschedule of dates. I own a company, wouldn’t still be in business treating people like that.
Great massage. I got exactly what I needed / asked for. Chad in an excellent massage therapist.
Prices are very reasonable, especially if you sign up for monthly treatments.
The reason I went here is because I followed Chad Prentice. I had been going to him for over 8 years as he is so good at what he does. Thanks Chad.
The spa seemed calmer than usual when I was there this week. From the waiting room to the massage table, there was a calming peace. The massage was wonderful as always. Tracey is the absolute best!
I absolutely love Alex's massage technique. He knows exactly where my pain is and releases the knots without me having to tell him. Not only that, he's very professional and caring. My entire neck is completely fused and I haven't been able to find anyone who give pain relief until now. Thank you!
Cathy Is a superb therapist. Her technical knowledge of different massage techniques and kind spirit always make my time at Elements worthwhile. She is always very considerate and personable and on time. Elements would not be the same without her.
