I haven't even been to this clinic and I already received, lack of telephone etiquette and professionalism from the person that called me. Just non-chalant, very dry and unconcerned when I informed her how to pronounce my name properly. That may seem over the top and not a big deal to some folks but, when in a professional setting you try your best. And that is to make the patient that's coming into your facility feel comfortable and welcomed. I guess it's not being taught anymore.
Courtesy desk: The young lady who welcomes me is sweet and exhibited excellent costumers service skills.
Clinical assistance: She was super helpful and patient with me. We moved into long tests/conversations, and her professionalism and empathy were fantastic.
The Doctor: Waooo, of course, he is knowledgeablit has e. His support and care about my injuries helped me feel confident and secure. For sure, I am in the rights hands.

Migraines are still painful, but, I'm willing to wait 2 weeks for the full effect of the optical nerve block on my scalp to fully kick in. I'm ready to have my life back!
Edit: 2 weeks later and 90% of migraines are gone. I just got another injection on the other side of my scalp and it's day 2 and I have half of the pain gone. Thrilled to get better and be a better attentive momma to my 3 kids. Ready to heal!
