They were absolutely fantastic. Julie worked with me and could not have been nicer or more helpful. Rick and Dan installed the lift chair and instructed us on how to use it. I could not ask for more. Every was great.
I can’t say enough positive things about this company. They accomplished the impossible: on a 2-day turnaround, they installed a chair lift in my home. Julie worked with me while I secured a prescription from my surgeon, and the installation crew was professional and efficient. Would eagerly recommend them to anyone needing a stairwell chair lift.
Charged me twice $250 in advance for the same minor issue which kept recurring. Took less than 15 minutes each time. Then would not come back to fix it. Won’t return phone calls. Total scam. Will report to BBB.

Great company, great people, the best home elevator installers in the Dallas area. Accept no substitutes. I was blown away by the addition to my house. They also do commercial work.
I called about renting a stairlift, the woman let me know that they do not offer this service and I let her know that the website verbatim states that they rent stairlifts. She told me it was wrong and her company doesn’t do that, she says she’s been there more than 6 months and doesn’t know when the website will change because she’s not a part of IT and doesn’t know about that side of the company, she then hung up on me.
Nice enough over the phone. However, if your stair lift wasn't installed by a certified installer (whatever that means) then they will not send a service person to do repairs. There rate is $225 per hour with a 1 hour minimum.in other words their techs are probably not very skilled beyond changing fuses.
