Elevation on Airline, formerly Encore Apartments, Victoria TX

Management was changed multiple times during our 2 years here, no one ever answered the phones. People kept hopping the fence late at night to get in the pool. Nothing was ever done. We started getting a roach infestation from neighboring apartments and no pest control were ever sent to our unit. They always tried to increase our rent every month till I questioned it every time why I was being overcharged and we were told we were “accidentally” overcharged everytime on numerous occasions. Don’t live here! We have since moved out due to these problems.

Great place to live very quite and privet maintenance is good and the office management mrs pauline and Juanita are al some the have great personality's and good people skills good management skills great place

I am very pleased with how well the staff took care of me. Andrew was a great help getting me into my place. He went out of his way to make sure I was happy with everything and always answered any questions I had in a timely manner.

I've lived in these apartments prior to the new ownership who is now 3CM. Since they took over these apartments, my utility bill would never come in on time which was detrimental for me since they expected the rent and utilities to be paid on time. If it wasn't they'd charge a late fee. I've since moved out of this complex since December 2019 (completed lease agreement and even gave a written notice, as required) and have had to call, email and visit in person to ATTEMPT at getting my deposit back. No one is ever at the Encore office so I've had to visit the Stratford office to no avail either. STAY AWAY from these apartments. They may look nice but you will have to practically fight with them to get anything done. Very disappointed with how they conduct business.

This is a very quiet, well kept, peaceful community. I love living here at Encore Apts. My husband works out of town a lot so it’s just myself and our little girl that stay home alone most of the time, I feel so safe here and have no worries. The manager Andrew is very helpful to our needs and quick to attend to any problems that arise!

Andrew Gutierrez is a great manager here at the Encore. He’s very helpful and always quick to answer my calls. I had a problem the other day and he was very understanding and helpful with what I needed. He’s very kind and a respectful man. I love living here at the Encore & it’s people like him who make it a home when they need help.:)

I would be very careful about living here. They do not return security deposits, and their whole operation is very shady. Utility bills aren't given in time to pay, then they try to charge late fees. Work orders aren't completed if you are even able to get ahold of anyone. Very little communication, and it's not even possible to get anyone on a phone. I am going to have to go to small claims court to get my deposit back. I have been given the runaround, and been told they owe me a portion of it, but they won't cut the check. By law they are supposed to give it back in 30 days or tell you why you aren't getting it in writing, I have gotten nothing. I have reached out to everyone I can to try to resolve peacefully, but no luck. I just wanted to post a warning. I am currently looking for ways to report them, and 3CM because it is wrong how they operate their business. A lot of good people could be really financially hurt living here. I am lucky I wasn't dying for the money during Covid times but someone else might not be as lucky. The rent seems reasonable, but just pay a little more and live somewhere else where the management team is more established and transparent. I feel this is mainly a top down issue, the management company 3CM seems like they like to scam people.

Not at all happy with new ownership. Gorgeous landscaping is not being watered or taken care of, trash around the complex has increased, communication between new owners and tenants is spotty at best, phone calls aren't returned, utility bills don't arrive before rent is due. It's only been 6 weeks or so, but they'd better up their game.the natives are getting restless

I have had the best experience! The staff is great and Billie Jean has been on top of every question I have had! It’s quiet and everyone is so nice, I’m so happy to be living here! If your looking for a new home you should defiantly consider the Encore Apartments!
