I would just like to say if you are looking for a place to have your vehicle worked on, this is the place. Daniel was my mechanic. I have a 2008 ford f150. It was making a noise from the engine. Daniel was able to diagnose
the problem and repair the problem They pretty much rebuilt me engine. They did a great job. So much so, I now refer all my friends to their shop. This morning I took my wife's car in to them for a headlight problem. Daniel had it fixed in less than 5 minutes. It was not the bulb. He found the pigtail was unplugged, plugged it back in, and sent me on my way.
Honest mechanics are hard to find. I am so grateful for these guys. They are my go to mechanic shop. They need to be yours.

This shop was busy but they made the time to take care of my needs. The owner was friendly and explained what my car needed.

I went in for a vaccum and recharge of my AC system, he vacuumed it for less than a minute, tried to put freon in and said it didnt work. Charged me $65 for "Just putting the machine on the car". Turns out he didnt vacuum it correctly, had another mechanic do it right and it worked fine. Thanks for the ripoff.

The customer service you will get from either Victor or Jocelyn is great! Victor is such a good mechanic and can work on every brand. He is gonna give you a diagnosis straight and tell you what needs to be done. He doesn't talk down to you he explains the process. I highly recommend this shop because of the customer service, the expertise and the communication.

No communication on timeframe after I was informed I would get called when almost ready so I can be there to pick up. They sent a text 10 mins before closing time saying "car is ready" on a Friday. They show that they are open for business Saturdays when in fact they are closed. Victor said he would release a vehicle within a hour and half and he NEVER showed up. Stopped answering calls from dealership. Terrible.

Victor is Awesome.he did some work on my car and my daughters car after mine. Let me tell you I was talking to my new neighbors and they had a mobile mechanic looking at their truck and he was speaking a lot of jargon. I told my neighbor he needs to check out Elite 1Automotive I bet he can tell you what was wrong. A few days ago he hit me up asking if I think he could stop by and take a look at the truck. Vic said sure but wasn’t able to make it over that day. He contacted me to tell me he did not forget but got very busy but offered to have the vehicle towed to the shop at the shops expense and would diagnose the vehicle and if it was too much he would have it towed back to his house “still at the shop expense. Not only did he tow the vehicle but also got the electrical problem diagnosed and fixed all in the same day. When the neighbor asked me for a ride to pick up the vehicle because it was repaired and running he explained the financial situation and Elite 1 even took off additional to make sure he was good for him and his family for the Holidays. Awesomeness at its best!

Customer Service good - unfortunately I can't return for service until after Labor Day

I called ahead and brought a battery for installation. The employees were friendly, installed it quickly, and the price was reasonable.

I have taken 5 different cars with different types of problems. The Onwer Victor has came through every time. Very good experience with fare prices. A lot of people asked if I know a Honest mechanic. My answer is yes I do go see Victor at Elite 1 Automotive.

I've had them work on a few cars already, even though they are a new shop. They don't hard upsell and work hard to get you the best price on parts possible. Very friendly and easy to work with. They have made a long term customer with me.

Budget. Several major jobs and zero
Complaints only good things to say!
