Elite appliance repair, Weimar TX

I am just now getting around to write this review. The guy came out to fix My dryer 5months ago which he did.but I did ask him few times to run a hose from dryer to outside and he says I rather Not.so instead he leaves hot air blowing on a bunch of Insulation!? !   To get Molded from all the moisture that got build up from that.   Which I also told him will happen and his reply is well the morning fog can also build moisture. I kept telling him the dryer vent isn't running sturght to ground it will just be blowing on insulation and he didn't care!   He refused to do what I asked!   He was supposed to send me Receipts for the two visit he came out and he did not!
I will not being using his service again!

I called them concerning my refrigerator not cooling and the temperature was still rising. Greg came within the hour. He assessed the problem and ordered the part. After receiving the part, he came back and repaired it The refrigerator was working like normal for several days and then the temperature was going up again so I called them back and again Greg came right away. This time the part was not working, After checking it again, he diagnosed it as the compressor was going bad. He said I should buy a new refrigerator because with the part and repair it would be very expensive.
I liked his honesty and am taking his advice.
I highly recommend this company. They are honest and give such great service. I will definitely use them again.

The gentleman I talked to on the phone was very rude. Decided to use Columbus TV and Appliance instead.

First class! Upfront and honest and dependable. Can not say enough good things about these folks. I only purchase appliances that Elite can repair. Do yourself a favor and call these people FIRST. Will save you a lot of grief

We have a Maytag refrigerator that wasn't cooling adequately. We live out in the sticks, and I called all over to try to get someone to fix it with no luck. I finally came across Elite Appliance Repair on google. Greg came out in a timely manner, diagnosed the problem quickly, and it works great-good as new. Very honest and professional service.

I called Elite Appliance last month for a fridge problem, we were really in a bind as this was the only one we had, it was around 4pm on a Friday, so we were skeptical on getting anyone out as we live 10 miles out of town. Greg was the gentleman that answered and said he would make a trip out there to see if he could at least get us by, he arrived within the hour, very clean cut in uniform and a well marked van, he assessed and to my surprise he had the part in his stock, he repaired it and we haven't had any problems since, I usually don't write reviews but the guy was genuine said he was a firefighter and did this on the side, I felt like he was an honest guy and I would highly recommend him to anyone in our area (LaGrange).
