Elite Bmers & Benz, Spring TX

I just got my engine/transmission mounts on my ‘09 MB S550 replaced. The oil filter housing/cooler was leaking oil so elite Bmers and benz also replaced that too. They showed me the old broken engine mounts that leaked oil. They put in new oem German parts. Matt and Jacob are awesome mechanics. All of this for half the price at the MB dealerships. I will tell all my friends to bring their Bmers and benz here for their repairs.

I don’t live in Houston anymore, but when I did it was my go to place. They are always upfront about their prices, and finish everything in a timely manner. The quality of work is very high. I once had a rattle under the hood, they assessed that it was metal on metal. I asked when is it going to become mandatory that I fix this. They said it will never become mandatory. I was blown away by their honesty!

Amazing car repair shop to deal with! Being a mechanically inclined individual, car repair shops scare me to death. I always worry if they will lie and tell me more stuff is wrong with my car than what the problem is or simply inflated labor and parts prices. Not with this shop. Matt helped identify the exact cause of my engine issues and tried every means to make the repairs as affordable as possible. He was never annoyed when I called for updates day in and day out and always took the time to explain in detail the current status even when I can here the phone ringing in the background. 5 stars

Priced right- Honest and Fast - Price around, you'll find great savings at this establishment that knows these cars. The competitors in the area took me for an uninformed consumer and lost all potential business after their ridiculous quote. Do people right and you'll always have customers.

Even before my 750 ran out of warranty, I came to these guys for non-covered services like alignments. They always did a great job. Now that it's out of warranty, I came here for a battery replacement. It was great and a decent price. I called to see if they did body work, they do not, but they had a great recommendation. Their recommended shop did a excellent job at a very fair price.

Matt and Jacob are awesome.go into detail in what they need to do and they're shooters.their customer service is what separates them from their competition, in my opinion. I come all the way from Pasadena just to do business with the best.

I couldn't be happier with the service I've received for my BMW here. Matt was AWESOME - never made me feel like a "dumb girl" in describing the issues. He looked seriously at every concern, made a determination and corrected THE issue, nothing else. I have the utmost trust in them and am happy to have found them. I highly recommend this company.

Matt and Jacob are great. They do excellent job with cars very nice people also. If u got problem with your car take it to them. They mean what they and honest guys.

Matt and Jacob are awesome. They.fixed my air conditioner immediately. No waiting. No standing in line. No excuses. They were perfect gentlemen and auto mechanics. Air conditioner is working perfectly. Feels like the North Pole in the car. They are GREEAAT! Like Tony the Tiger would say. Amazing service, honest and personable. My dad was a mechanic and suggested the mechanic I have used for the past 20 years, but now that I own a BMW, not just any mechanic can work on it. Elite is so much better than taking it to the dealership or any other place that I have tried! Very pleasantly surprised. I have a new mechanic!

Great service! Matt has been exceptional in making sure my BMW is running in top condition, and he is always very transparent about what I really need versus what the dealerships want to up sell for their benefit and not mine.

I took my vehicle to Alex at Elite a couple of weeks ago after the starter gave out unexpectedly. I talked to a few shops and Alex was by far the best at explaining what the issue could be (before bringing the car in) aside from it could be 'anything', and gave me a reasonable quote for the service. He is also very customer oriented, and takes the time to explain (he can take you to the shop to actually show you the problem), and call you with updates. Highly recommended.

Alex, you were great! I normally take my Mercedes to the dealer, but this time I just swing by for a quick headlight blub change. He did it quick and give me a discount without me asking for it. Great jobs. Now I'm bringing another C350 for him to fix because I am getting the same quality works and service at the Dealer for a better price. Thanks guys!

Was planning on trading in my X5 on Saturday, naturally the check engine light came on Friday night. My regular mechanic wasn't available so I brought it here. They quickly diagnosed the issue and fixed it quickly. Great service.
