Elite Car Wash, El Paso TX

I paid $155 to get a full detail and I was dissatisfied with how they left the inside of my car. The air vents were still very dusty, there was still a lot of dust everywhere. They didn’t bother calling me to let me know my car was ready. I had left it since a day before and I had to call the next day in the afternoon to ask if it was ready since they had not called and was waiting all day. If I’m paying that much money then I expect for them to at least get the dust out.

I used to go her faithfully and they always did an excellent job! But now the quality of work has gone down hill! Time to find a new detail shop.

My bmw x7 m60i which i bought for 141k+ was badly scratch today. I got the repair estimate and it will run me 1.2k+ to repair at shamally collision center. The owner of this business pretended to not be able to speak english. This business did not take responsibility for their fault. Save yourself the trouble and dont come here. I will be pursuing legal actions towards this business.

The service here used to be better, now I have to double check everything, they're missing a lot of details. The worst part is nobody speaks English

Had a horrible experience, owner refused to talk to me, and besides that, while an employee was vacuuming the car I saw him picking up a bill from the car’s floor and hanging in it to another employee and put it in his pocket… if you are willing to wait all day for your car to be wash and not be done properly go ahead, definitely not recommend to anyone.

I was impressed by the level of care and dedication that she had for ensuring that my car was in pristine condition.

After Angel reworked my car for about 10 minutes based on Dora's recommendations, there was a visible difference in the appearance of my car. It looked like it just rolled off the showroom floor! I was so satisfied with their work that I even left a generous tip.

The team at Elite Car Wash takes utmost pride in their work and it shows in the final result. They go above and beyond to ensure that their customers receive the best possible service. I highly recommend this car wash to anyone who wants their car to look its absolute best.

I took my car to get it detailed this morning at 9am and I asked them to
give me a call when it was ready, but I never got a call. I went to pick it up
at 2pm and my car wasn't ready, they had barely started cleaning the inside. They had 5 hours to wash and detail the car and nothing was done, and even though after getting there I waited another hour and they only took care of the seats and they weren't even done completely, and whatever they did on the seats was left dirty and stained afterwards. I asked for a refund since they didn't do what was requested to begin with, and it wasn't completed in 6 hours, to top it off whatever was done, was done poorly. When asked to talk to the person in charge he said nothing could be done, I either have to wait (more after they had 6 hours to do the job) or he would have to talk to the owner, which she didn't give me a resolution and she didn't even want to talk to me. She said no refund or to go back another day, yeah sure, like if I wanted to go back after the poor and bad service, no thank you. I used to go here often, not anymore. You guys just lost a loyal customer

A-mazing! I initially brought my wife's new vehicle and was very impressed. However, today I brought in my older vehicle and found myself being astonished at how fantastic it looks! I am very content with the fine work and attention to detail the cleaning technicians (Angel, to be more specific) perform. Then to find out that Elite Car Wash is a local company supporting our community gives me even greater satisfaction in becoming a loyal and frequent customer. Thank you Mrs. Romero, and your entire crew, for all the hard and prideful work you guys put in SEVEN days a week. Muchas gracias!

With the warm weather coming back the place was packed for a Sunday with a 3+hr wait.
After getting my car it looked great inside and out. Just needed a little extra attention from me.
I would recommend Elite to anyone for a good hand washing and detail.

I went there this morning for detailing of my car. I was very well taken care of, met and spoke with several of the employees there, everyone was kind to me. Very respectful, hard working and professional. I had my Camaro detailed with them. They did a superb job and mine was quite a challenge due to an abundance of dog hair. They did amazing! The engine detail is beautiful as well as the interior, the rims and exterior… everything exceeded my expectations. Excellent customer service as well. I am very pleased and would definitely use their services again. Took a fair bit to get my car detailed, but this is expected as I went on a Saturday and asked for the full detail. No appointment necessary, just come early.

I took my car here today. My first time let me tell you it's on point. I have a dog whose hair is everywhere, and I mean everywhere. They were able to get that hair off the mats! I am amazed.
