I just wanted to say thank you to Carlos For superb customer service! My situation is not traditional cause I’m self employed, it’s not easy money for a loan originator because you have to go through other obstacles and work more to get someone to invest. This didn’t stop him and he got us our offer faster than anyone we shopped around with… at around 48 hours and we had an offer. Unfortunately for us, it wasn’t the best option so we had to deny but it’s really hard to find a loan originator that is communicative and quick. Most will check your credit (which affects your score), see your tax records and immediately realize it’s going to be more work than they want to put in and they will never call you again. If you are self employed with a unique situation, I recommend Carlos.
