I had the BEST computer repair experience ever! He was professional, friendly and went out of his way to help me. I use a Walker to get around and he held the door open when I arrived. He told me that I should have called and he would have come out to my vehicle and got the computer, had me do the paperwork at my vehicle. He told me to call when I came to pick up the computer and he would come out to me. I have gone to other computer repair shops and none offered to go the extra way for me. They would hold.

My computer works great and I have an old NetBook that if I can't get it to connect to the internet with his advice, I will take it to Elite Computer Repair. He has all 5 stars reviews and I now know why!

I don't see how to leave a new review regarding another Exceptional experience with Elite Computer Repair so I guess I just have to add on to a previous review. When I thought the service I had received before was Above and Beyond, Freddie has proven me wrong. I had a computer dropped off because I was unable to take it to his shop. After The repair was completed I didn't have a way to pick up the computer, And this is where freddie went Above and Beyond again. He delivered the computer to me and this was a blessing to me because I didn't have away to get my computer! Thank you, Freddie!

Can I give 6 stars? Freddy got my 13900KF so well cooled now playing every game in highest graphics modes and 160+ FPS and CPU running <65C. Cinebench 40K+ and never saw a 70C. Old cooler and case was constantly running 95 to 103C and crashing all the time.

Absolutely amazing experience. I used to build my own system, but after getting faulty parts and just tired of trying on my own, I came here. That was the best decision ever! Now, I will go here anytime I want to upgrade my PC. Highly recommended!

I was having issues with my rig. Wouldn't boot up. Frank took a look at it and it was basically toast. But he offered to sell me a build without the GPU since mine was ok. I took it and threw it into my case. Windows boots up great. Not a fan of Windows 11 but that's not a deal breaker by any means. This will be my Go-to shop from now on.

Going here is honestly the best possible experience you could find with any and all computer issues. Freddy Absolutely knows his stuff and will immediately help you the moment you walk in. Highly recommend. There is no one better possibly in the entire state of Texas! Best decision I ever could have made. Thank you Freddy!

Great service and great time it didn’t take too long everything was right you can tell he’s very experienced and i was short 20 dollars and he gave me a discount so really great guy my first pc repair experience but I can definitely say this is the best person to go to

Man this place is great. Freddy hooked me up bigtime! The prices were great and he even put the graphics card and hard drive in for me and made sure it worked perfectly. If you aren't buying your next pc here i dont know what you're doing with your life

I dont write reviews often so I genuinely mean this from the bottom of my heart. Thank you so much for saving my computer! This is the BEST business in town. Freddy, you truly saved me during that time and I can’t thank you enough! I came here two years ago with hard drive issues. I was getting blue screened to death and lost all of my items. I originally went to another repair shop only to find out they took parts out when I canceled on them for their high consultation fees. I called Freddy asking for a consultation after having some issues at another DFW computer repair shop. Freddy was so considerate and informative throughout the entire process. He took his time with the repair and walked me through the process of parts and tips that I can incorporate for maintenance. Freddy has DECADES of experience and has trained his apprentices all so well. If I could rate the service more than 5 stars I would. Since Freddy fixed my computer I was able to graduate college online, start my career in the gaming industry and start my twitch career online!
