Elite Counseling, San Antonio TX

My experience with elite was awful. The staff are very argumentative instead of welcoming and im not sure if they are willing to provide anyone with the treatment suitable for your needs specifically. After I completed my assessment to start with the program juilo domengiez (the one who did my assessment) had told me verbally that he would send me the information to start my zoom classes but never did. He did not get back in communication at all or provided me with what I needed to start. So i call back after missing my first class and he didnt even know who I was or where we left off at so i called the main office they at least gave me the info i needed to start class. A few moments later i get a call from none other then julio domengiz drilling me that its my responsibility to show up to class even though i wasnt givin the info. The way he handle this whole situation was very unprofessional and was an obvious attempt to advert any responsibility for his mistake. I havent even started the program yet and I already have horrible experience when im trying to seek the help that i need. Its pretty sad when your funded by the government to help people when all your doing is making the process difficult for those to even begin the program.
