Roman and Elias did great work on my truck. The customer service provided is top tier. I did not feel like I was being sold more than I needed. Roman listened to my wants and needs out of my truck audio with my limited audio knowledge and made great suggestions to fit within my budget. I got exactly what I was looking for in my end result.

Needed to replace an existing stereo and speakers in my center console bay boat. I contacted Roman due to the previous online reviews. Roman listened to my wants and needs and recommended a system. If I could give no stars I would. I asked to just hook up my radio and not even a month later my radio stopped working, the trim where they put the new radio fell apart and won’t stay in. And however they did the wiring shorted out my whole system now nothing works.

After trying to get my blown speakers replaced for the 2nd time at Toyota and them wanting to charge $500 for 2, I decided to look elsewhere. I saw the reviews for Elite and decided to check them out. I’m soooooo glad I did! I treated myself to a new system. It’s amazing! Roman was great to work with and a true professional. I HIGHLY recommend Elite!

Went by this afternoon to have my 2016 Toyota Tundra's, a recent acquisition, aftermarket Jensen CAR8000 audio system troublshot and repaired. Before going, I spoke with owner, Roman, by phone to get a ballpark figure of best- and worst-case cost, dependent on the outcome of the troubleshooting process. Elias, the audio tech who performed both the troubleshooting and assessment followed by the subsequent repair/fix, was very adept at his trade and the entire process from start to finish was only 1 hour. The finding was that the original owner who had the aftermarket stereo installed failed to insure that the rear speakers were wired to bypass the blown factory amplifier as was successfully accomplished for the front speakers.thus, zero sound from the rear speakers. The fix was a simple addition of good copper wiring added to the stereo head unit, bypassing the blown factory amplifier and run straight back to the speakers in both rear doors. Both gentlemen carefully explained what the process was and what the outcome could/should be prior to commencing the corrective action, showed me the blown factory amplifier located under the front passenger seat, and thr wiring previously installed to bypass it for the right and left front speakers. After running the new wiring to the right and left rear speakers, I was shown the final result of both the work performed and the resultant sound at all four speaker locations, and gave a quick demo on the equalizer and the front-to-rear and right-to-left spatial settings on the Jensen stereo screen in order for me to set everything to my personal listening desires. The cost was midline between between the low-end and high-end rough order of magnitude estimate given before my arrival. I am VERY pleased with the entire experience, found both gentlemen to be consummate professionals and technically competent specialists in this field, who do not overcharge n'or try to gouge someone who is not a savvy audiophile. Exactly what one hopes for; but, is very rare these days.a business run with honesty and integrity. I highly recommend Elite Image Car Audio to anyone with vehicular audio needs. I will turn to them whenever I have such needs in the future.
On a final note, both Roman Elias hold several certifications between them from various auto stereo manufacturers (e.g, Jensen, Kenwood, etc) and also do many other vehicular aftermarket upgrades beyond audio systems (interior/exterior lighting, seating with heating/cooling elements, etc). Check them out, yall. I'm certain you'll be pleasantly surprised and happy you did!

Where to start with how awesome the guys at Elite Image are. So before I went to get my subs and amp install I noticed something I bought did smell right. I was scheduled to have Elite install it a week and a half away. I called up and Roman said bring it over for us to test it. Turns out the sub I bought had a burnt coil. Roman then helped me find a mmats 10" and got a custom box built. The install was clean and done correct. I am so glad Roman told me about the mmats subs because that thing booms. Very happy with this install and customer service. Now I am saving up to get my door speakers replaced with better stuff by Roman.

These guys are great. It's a bit of a back yard operation, but don't let that color the quality of the work. Great customer service, friendly, easy to talk to and great quality work. Unlike places like best buy that you had to books week out to get an install, they were able to get me in that week. And their price was comparable to theirs I had them put in a new stereo and speakers with back up camera into my wife's vehicle and she's very happy with the work. They solder the wires together rather than use plastic connectors so the connections should all be good. The sound system sounded great, and she loves the new car play screen. They seemed price conscious and want to help you find something in your budget too rather than upsell you. I would absolutely come here again. Support these guys so they can keep building up their shop and business.
