I’ve pinpointed a major flaw in this company that greatly contributes to employee turnover and that is the complete lack of appreciation for employees. I’m not talking grand gestures or a reward every now and then. A simple “you’re doing a really great job” would make a difference. Only criticizing someone when they aren’t performing at 100%, but then ignoring them when their performance is outstanding, makes a person feel defeated and valueless. If you’re in a lead or manager position where you can change your work environment around by acknowledging all the hard work that your fellow team members do each day, please do it.

When your trying to join the military and you get a letter from them you have to wait to see if it's approved or not, they did not approve my letter and I got points for that and I was like wow it's military their shouldn't be any problems.

Horrible place to work. More than half of employees couldn't pass drug test. They cover up injuries. Merchandise is broken and still sent out. Managers show up to work drunk and have sexual relations with employees on property.

Lately it's been a quick drop when delivering to building 1. They sign the bills and I drop in drop yard. Great job guys. Hope it stays that way. The first time I was there, They had me going to 3 different buildings before someone finally just signed my bills and had me drop back at building 1. Drivers run on hours. Time is money.
