Elite Nails, Port Arthur TX

This nail salon use to be a pleasant place to visit. The professionalism has certainly gone down. They will not even greet certain people as they walk in. Ann’s attitude is no longer that of a leader. She picks and chooses who’s business she wants, for no apparent reason at all. When the shop is empty and they are desperate for business, they are the nicest most welcoming people. When a customer is in the chair, they will not even acknowledge you at the door. Treat your customers better and maybe the business will pick back up. There is a reason why most of the employees are always sitting around doing nothing and the business is stagnant. This location needs better leadership because the service is very Subpar now. I will NOT be returning. You all have lost a good customer.

Waited 1 1/2 and they was rude af 2 different nail techs both did a horrible job wont be going again

Very relaxed environment. I’ve tried 3 different nail techs & all did amazing work. I’ve tried going to other places but I always find myself coming back here. Katie is my main lady & never disappoint

I asked for a manicure with white tips and pink. My nails were filed unevenly as well as the tips painted uneven The technician was more worried about her phone than taking care of a customer. I will not ever go back there.

Manicure was perfect… Had my eyebrows waxed and my skin was ripped off… The owner didn’t even care tried to tell me I had sensitive skin when they always wax my eyebrows… I will never go back… Horrible…

I absolutely hate to be treated badly when I go get my nails done. Well, this is not the place to go. Don't really want to explain it all, just know, they are rude and unprofessional.

I had a wonderful experience! This is the first time I have gone to a nail salon and recieved exactly what I wanted. Vanessa did my nails and she is wonderful! She is very personable and professional. I will be returning for her services.

10/10 would recommend! The picture is nuff said! They’re also funny and friendly. Eyebrows service was amazing too!

Nail lady didn’t do what i asked for but instead did what she wanted even after multiple times to stop.the nails were lumpy, un even, and aren’t even lasting two weeks before there starting to fall off.never going again

I sat in there for 2 hours waiting on my nails to get don’t they put a bunch of people in front of me and when I finally got my nails done they did a horrible job

Bad service and really expensive for the quality of nails and they glued my nail and my skin together it's just a bad nail salon go somewhere else and waste your money

False Advertising!

As someone from out of town, I made an appt via their website and had an average experience overall (Nails turned out okay, but the staff seemed overall uninterested in) My main issue is that the nail salon charged me $35 for a service that was advertised for $22 on their website. When I protested, I was told they no longer use their website.
As someone that regularly gets their nails done, I will not come here again based on that.

As a business, why would you pay for a website for 2 locations yet only use Facebook? Also, why would keep a website you do not use? Why would you then let a customer make an appt for your salon on said website you do not use?
I would rather go to a salon that is transparent in their prices.

They did less than okay. Overall from far away they look good. The two nails are supposed to be whitish and sparkly instead they’re tinged pink from the top coat. The shape is okay but a little sloppy. I feel like my nails underneath are damaged. And the top shiny coat on my nails is peeling and chipping. If I was in my right mind when I left I would’ve never payed. Job was done less than a week ago
