Elite Suites Pet Resort - Heath

My little pug loves to go to Elite Suites. The staff is so friendly and they take good care of him. The building is always clean and well organized.

Treatment was as described and I feel accomplished 90% of my goal. Communication and follow up was more disappointing, but everyone working there was very polite and kind.

Loved being able to watch the Webcam and they did a amazing job washing the dogs before we picked them up!

My golden loves Elite Suites for daycare and overnights. I appreciate the live cam in his room. I do wish there was a live cam for the play yard!

I recently starting bringing my pups here for their grooming and couldn’t be happier. Our previous groomer passed away and finding a new groomer was not as simple as one would think. I live in North Rockwall, not Heath, and after calling around to all the groomers close to me NO ONE bothered to return my call. Elite Suites however gave a quick response and made the process very easy. We’ve been so happy with how our babies look after being in their care and the staff is amazing. They’re all so sweet and it’s apparent that they love all the fur babies.
These guys are great and I 100% recommend. Also, unlike other groomers, they get your pups in and out within a couple of hours. My experience, until now, has always been drop your dog off by 8am and anytime between noon and four they’re ready for pick up. The babies seem better off too not having to be there an entire day.

My dog is a rescue and at times becomes anxious. The staff are wonderful with him and he is excited the moment we drive up.

I cannot say enough good things about Elite Suites! They made accommodations for my dog's needs and behaviors that I couldn't find anywhere else. And on top of that, the staff is wonderful and caring and the prices are extremely reasonable. I'll never board my dog anywhere else

We recently used Elite Suites Pet Resort-Heath after touring the facility with Cassie, the assistant manager. We had brought our dog's brother back to live with us just four days earlier as his momma's (our daughter) career became more demanding and she couldn't give him all of the attention that he deserved at this time. The dogs had lived together when we first adopted them eight years ago, and they had visited each other, but not lived with each other in over five years. We decided to go ahead and have them share a room together which was awesome, as we checked in on them with the camera system. The staff noticed that there some tension between the dogs a couple days in to the stay so they called and we decided that perhaps they would be better off in separate kennels, at least for this stay. Elite Suites staff kept us updated and called/texted pictures as we requested. Cassie specifically was super attentive to our dogs needs and even went the extra mile to ensure that they were adjusting to not only their new living situation, but the new boarding venue as well. We are so pleased that we booked a future stay upon picking them up. All of the staff that we interacted with were all very friendly! Elite Suites was amazing with my highly anxious husky. She has severe separation anxiety, we haven’t vacationed in over 2 years because we were too nervous to leave her in any boarding facilities with her anxiety. She has injured herself before due to her anxiety, but they were so amazing with her! I was watching her on the webcam in the morning and even times, she was relaxed and happy with her surroundings. They gave us updates and really took care of my sweet girl, it’s such a relief knowing we have a place that she can go and be safe and taken care of so wonderfully.

The facilities are very nice. We were expecting to get information and pics during our pets stay. Such as getting updates that he played w some pics and whether he had any issues. Our daughters location in Lubbock keeps the owners up to date on the pet w some
Pics of the stay. She always gets a report out when she picks up her pet. It’s those little details that matter. But we do like the facilities very much. ;)
