4They are suppose to open at 9am at Raul Longoria office. Iwas 9: 15 and still closed@ Had to call main office. Couldn't believe my new used car didn't have collision coverage!
Very good service, excellent care and treatment of each client and situation, very nice offices. The only big flaw is that the parking lot is very small and if we add to this that the workers have no other place to park because there is not much space left for customers, whenever I have come they can only receive 2 customers (CARS) per business in this square (place)
Went to cancel our insurance that we have been with more than 20+ years to these young ladies that were extremely rude and did not want to help us. They were giving us attitude when we ask to get a refund for the month that we are not going to be using at all. And when we left the office they blasted music right as we approached the door.
We are upset at the quality of costumers service we were provided.
Elizabeth Guitierrez is a wonderful agent and deserves these 5 stars for her exceptional work and service.
