I saw Dr. Ngo on a previous visit and was very happy with her and was very impressed with her relative to previous Ophthalmologist. Today I went for a Refraction. The young lady doing the work was not kind or friendly. And then I was put in a discharge area. I waited 20 minutes and no one spoke to me. I had to make an appointment in Las Colinas so I left after 20 minutes. After 55 minutes, they called me and asked me where I was.so I was not too happy with that whole experience but I think Dr Ngo is very good.

Dr. Ngo was great. I am a little disappointed that I have to wait at least 3 months to have cataract surgery because I can’t drive at night safely with my cataract. I am single since my husband passed away in June.

Absolutely the Best! Dr. Ngo is articulate, professional, and intelligent. I admired her and respected the care she gave me so much that I referred my husband to her. We love her! My eyes were 20/200 and thanks to Dr. Ngo’s expertise at cataract surgery, my eyes are 20/30 and 20/40 now. I can see dew drops on blades of grass thanks to her! Appreciate seeing her every time!

Dr Gno did my eye surgery. She is self assured, pleasant personality, highly competent surgeon. You feel important in her office. Most of the staff are highly competent and caring.

Dr Ngo is fast, efficient, but thorough and very good disposition, especially considering how busy the office is at the times that I’ve been there. The support staff is also friendly and efficient. They seem to understand that your time is as valuable as theirs is.

Dr. Ngo was very patient and explained all the pros and cons of what can happen with my cataract surgery. I was married to a doctor for over 30 years so I know what quality patient care consists of. It's now only several hours after my surgery and my eyesight is amazing already. Many docs I've seen over the years have all the civility of a badger but Dr. Ngo is a shining example of what and how doctors should treat their patients.
