Ellis on Solon, Waxahachie TX

Our experience has been great! Our water heater went out and was replaced with a brand new one. The maintenance guy has a lot on his shoulders, but does a fantastic job, he’s super nice and helpful. Supervision has changed a couple of times since we’ve been here, but the new manager Daniel is very nice and helpful. All of the neighborhood is quiet and if you have children, there’s plenty of children that your kids can make friends with. All of my neighbors are very friendly and welcoming. We are new to apartment living, but overall it’s been a great experience.

If 0 stars is possible, that’s what I would give. Water damage, broken doors, broken cabinets, these pictures are from 2 different units & not even all that was wrong. Our apartment was supposed to be ready for move in the day we got there, but apparently it was not. Staff was nice but everything about the living conditions was horrendous. If you are looking to move to Waxahachie, ANYWHERE except this sad excuse for an apartment complex is ok. Please, do not waste your time looking to live here.

This property has really transformed and is 1000x better. Great new landscaping, pool, and amenities. Worth a look;)

Love the Manager there! She's doing it all and is great! I think they need 1 more person that might be a little of both maintenance and office assistance or something because they are slightly lacking in both departments.
