I am very satisfied with my internet services at Ellumnet! I would highly recommend them. I’ve had services for over a year, and it’s been very seamless.

The customer service is outstanding, shout-out to Makenzie! I love the fact you can always reach a REAL PERSON, and they are very personable, patient and understanding.

Makenzie is the best associate I have encounted at any Tech job or ISP. She is so warm and kind, she immediately solved my probkems and will make any ANGRY person happy and smile before the call ends! Ellum net is an amazing ISP and if you live in Deep Ellum they are a MUST! Reliable, FAST, and Affordable! P. S. MAKENZIE NEEDS A RAISE! AND PROMOTION SHE IS AMAZING!

I reside in downtown Dallas Texas and they advertise that they provide service here, but they do not! False advertising

EllumNet always takes great care of me. Prices are comparable to or better than ATT/Spectrum AND they are transparent, flexible, and HELPFUL anytime I have a question or problem. Being able to text an agent anytime (during business hours) is great, and Mackenzie has taken great care of me the last few years. I can't recommend EllumNet enough.

If you are within thier service area, do yourself a favor and sign up with them! They have excellent customer service and thier uptime is fantastic. Make sure to support small businesses!

Makenzie was absolutely wonderful to work with and our install tech was great. The internet speed is the best I have ever had and I am paying around 70% of my last large provider's costs. I am excited by the service and the pricing, but the communication was above and beyond anything I have ever experienced with an internet provider. I can't recommend them enough.

Amazing. It’s literally so fast you actually get 1GB/S speed if you’re hard-wired. The service people were so cool and they educated me a lot about the business and the industry. The pricing is amazing and overall this service is like 20x better than those large internet provider monopolies.

Customer experience is fantastic. You are never on hold and quickly aware of the problems. They will truly do there best to quickly fix any issues and pricing is best in the market for what you get.

Updating my review: After resolving a slight website miscommunication, I was able to get all the info I needed, schedule my install, and switch my service to Ellumnet. Scheduling the install was convenient. Data speeds are fast. The customer service has been fantastic. The best part: I got to cancel my service with AT&T and support a local company! Best ISP I’ve ever had for personal use. Moved to another part of town and had to cancel. Now I remember what big ISPs are like. If you can get this service, get it. You get what you pay for on speed. The equipment is about the size of a Rubik’s cube. Firmware updates are quick. I think I rebooted my equipment about twice in two years. It’s really solid, reliable Internet.

Hands down one of the best companies I have ever had to rely on. But absolutely the best ISP company I have ever subscribed to ever. Everyone I have met or spoke with have been super knowledgeable and a breath of fresh air. This is not the kind of staff that just tells you to reboot your computer until you give up trying to get help. These folks are wonderful and are the best example why big companies cant ever give the same kind of service as the smaller ones. If you are in Deep Ellum this is the place to get your internet.

Tyler is a stellar addition to the experience so far; He adds even more positivity to an already Outstanding business interaction.
Makenzie continued forward after scheduling the install and was onsite to assist with starting service.
They both were knowledgeable, respectful of the living space, Kind, courteous and *HIGHLY* efficient.
They installed the ONT for my specific unit (thankfully, my building was already live to the apartment) activated my details within the system and ran a speedtest confirming gigabit speeds =)
They went one further and were kind enough to terminate the wiring (I am the first resident to live in this new apartment) and now all the ports in my apartment are live

I chose Ellumnet because they're partnered with The Hamilton, and offer gigabit fiber plans at a fraction of what you'd have to pay with other service providers who bundle their gigabit plans with TV/phone plans. Everyone I've communicated with has been extremely responsive, and there have been 0 hiccups. My hardware was installed before I moved in, and since then the service has been perfect. This is crucial as I work from home, doing a lot of video conferencing and streaming, and can't afford any internet slowdowns or downtime. All the employees go out of their way to accommodate you, and I have nothing negative to say. If you live anywhere with Ellumnet as an option, they're the only intelligent choice. You're not going to get their speed, consistency, or service with anyone else.

Everything that you need if this is what you're looking for. I've never once been left hanging by the afterhours NOC. There's just always someone there, and they will literally go to your rack for you and follow simple instructions on your gear if you're jammed up and need them to.

Can't recommend highly enough. Love doing business with these guys.
