Slept with pretty much other homeless looking people. It's cheap if you need a place to crash. Was new to Houston and didn't know better

While my experience wasn't entirely all bad, there were some issues. As you may have read, yes they do have bugs. If you're huge on cleaniess this may not be a good move for you. The first Onsite manager stole money which was used for me to pay my rent. Now of course if someone saids cash only that's usually a red flag. I decided what the heck, I need a place to stay. Well later on the t would come back to bit me in the butt. He took my hours of work and my late classes as an advantage. Even though it had possibly been my own fault to not pay in a money order. I would at least this a company of owner wouldve understood he made a mistake by hiring the guy. Thus giving me a chance and overly looking the mishave. However now I'm being evicted to no fault of my own. I call this poor judgemant.

Private Rooms for rent. $400.00 + a month. Depending on size. On busline #51/#52 and one block down from line. #66 you must provide your own window AC if desired. Background check done. This place is close to: corner stores, fiesta food Mart, McDonald's, Walgreens, and laundry mats. As well as bars.

I can't say too much about the place. It is just a small house that needs a stronger management to make it better. Plus, based on income, it can be better.
